My Review of Stephens Oldsmobile-Honda:
I would have to agree with the previous reviews of this dealership. When it came to looking at and test driving cars they were very helpful, however as soon as I decided to negotiate a price I was less than pleased with their costumer service. I had not even stepped into the office when the "manager" was telling me that the "sticker price is the sticker price..no negotiating". After mentioning that I had receiving lower bids from dealerships in Indianapolis, I was told that I was wrong and that he could easily call any dealership in the area and confirm that I was lying to him. At this point I turned around and just walked out with no desire on their part to try and win me over. I cannot believe I was barked at by a person who is supposed to be winning me over for a sale. There are multiple ways that this dealership could have told me they were not willing to negotiate a deal. Practically yelling at me like a two year old is far from acceptable. DO NOT GO TO STEPHENS HONDA!

My Review of Stephens Oldsmobile-Honda:
Don't bother with these guys. If you live in Bloomington and want a Honda, plan to just make the trip to Indy or Terre Haute.

Of the 5 or 6 dealers I've worked with while trying to work out a deal on the car I want, Stephens was BY FAR the worst. Their initial quote was the sticker price and they refused to negotiate. I began requesting quotes from other dealers in the Indianapolis area, all of whom immediately came down from MSRP and were fairly friendly (some more than others). Stephens continued to refuse to negotiate, at best offering to match some of the quotes I had gotten.

Further attempts at negotiation resulted in my salesperson and the "manager" pulling the most astoundingly stereotypical "good cop/bad cop" routine on me, with the manager telling me I was being unreasonable for wanting to haggle, and saying he didn't want to "waste [his] time on [my] little games". By "little games", he meant comparison shopping and using competing quotes to leverage better offers.

I ultimately ended up walking out, without any protest from the salesperson whatsoever. They were very clear that they didn't care about my sale and were perfectly happy if I went somewhere else, so I did.

As far as service goes, I only have experience with Stephens Hyundai (same company, same location). In every instance, I was met with reluctance by them to do any warranty work, and in every instance, they were very aggressive about performing questionable or completely unnecessary additional work which was not covered by the warranty.

Bottom line: These guys are impossible to work with. They have no sense of customer service. They're the only game in town when it comes to Honda, and they know it. Avoid at all costs.

My Review of Stephens Oldsmobile-Honda:
I read up on all the tactics that sales people use when you are trying to buy a new car. (You can find that information on cars.com).
This guy used EVERY one of them and he was rude. The manager actually came out and said "your killing me". When he hadn't even taken anything off the price of the car. They refused to even deal with me. They would not take any off the price of the car and wanted to give me $1,000 less for my trade in then the Black book value .
The sales guy came out and said that my Black book value was $2500. I told him that it was not, that I knew what the black book value was for my car. In any case, I left and went up to Indy to buy my car. I would NEVER buy a car from this dealer.
