I am compelled to let folks know how happy I am with the staff and excellent service at this dealership. I purchased a CPO BMW almost two years ago. The purchase itself was a terrific experience. In fact, I purchased from Sterling because I did not get the hard sell or games I was subjected to while shopping other local BMW dealers. Plus, I got a very good deal! Since the purchase, I have had my car in for routine maintenance, minor body work after I'd been backed into, a recent full detail, and now tire repair. (I recommend anyone who buys a BMW from any dealer also buy the tire warranty/insurance.) Everyone is extremely friendly, intelligent, and efficient. Loan cars are provided without any problem and my car is clean when I pick it up. Costs have been quite minimal if not covered by warranty. I would not buy a car anywhere else. This operation is top notch!

If you are looking to purchase a BMW this is the dealership to go to. Ask for Thomas. He made the purchase so easy! Great to work with. Stephan also made us feel so welcome and took care of us. I worked with Justin Dayyat at Sterling BMW and originally just called on the phone. Buying this car (2013 BMW 328IC) was about as easy and hassle free as it can get! I virtually bought this car over the internet. I told him what I was looking for and he sent me about 4 cars that met my specifications. He then priced it several thousands cheaper than the competition. He delivered on everything he said -- I went in met with him and drove home in less than an hour. There was no pressure on purchasing anything else and the deal was "the deal." The service at Sterling is EXCELLENT -- I left my car there and was given a loaner. I could not conveniently get back and they drove my car to me to change out after service. They will get ALL my future business and I already sent by daughter there to buy her car!

Everything about this transaction was great. My previous lease was coming to an end and I received a timely and informative call from John Ditch the sales manager at Sterling BMW. I was not planning on getting another BMW, however after seeing the new models and walking through the numbers with John it made very practical sense, along with being a great car. John was never once pushy and I never felt like he was being less than 100% honest. The car I ultimately decided I wanted was not on their lot so they did a trade with another dealer.

If you are looking for a new BMW, call John.

o not take your car here for service! Even warranty repairs are done incorrectly and you'll come back time and again and fight to get it fixed. And let me tell you, they always seem to find an expensive issues that's not covered. In my opion they are over charging BMW for repairs and not fixing issues correctly so customers have to come back down the road and pay out of pocket.

I have brought my car in there every year for the past 3 years with the same issue. The last 2 years they pushed back on fixing it even though it should have been warrantied work. We'll have to get an attorney involved now. Save your time and money and go to a MUCH more reputable place with honest service people.

Upon reading many negative reviews for Sterling, I was wary of doing business with them. They had the pre-owned vehicle that I was looking for at a great price. I drove down from Santa Barbara after communicating with Keith Ingold in the pre-owned department. Keith was easy to deal with, no pressure to buy at all. I received a fair offer on my trade in. All in all a good experience!

This dealership is dishonest and misleading. First time I went there to value my trade ins but we were still few thousand dollars apart so I left: I called them back couple days later because I really liked the car and I agreed to pay $3000 more than my original budget and they agreed and told me to go back there and get my new car. Once I got back there the Managers Bob Wilson and Mike Reade decided that they wanted even more money than what we agreed on the phone and tried to sell me a car two years older! This dealership has proof to be dishonest! IF YOU ARE A WOMAN DO NOT GO THERE, they will take advantage of you in any possible way.

If you are under some delusional thought that because of the BMW name or the price that you're spending on a quality vehicle, somehow eliminates the stigma of shady used car sales and service- you are wrong. Well at least you're wrong to think sterling BMW is different because they are not. And they'll continue to do so- they suck totally and completely especially the service managers wannabees. Their titles are a joke-
