My Review of Steve Peters Chevrolet:
I had come to the dealeship off of a commercial that I had seen on T.V. due to a lack of credit that I have. The salesman (Dave King) greeted me with an ethusiastic approach and answered all of my questions pertaining to my credit problem.
After we had picked out a car that I liked and that would work with my situation, I went into the finance office (Jim Steele) where I was explained in detail the condition of the loan that I was taking on. During the sales process, I was introduced to the service managers just in case service was ever required.
I would recommend Steve Peters to all my friends and family.

My Review of Steve Peters Chevrolet:
I bought a new 2006 Malibu and the car is great, but I was cheated and did not receive my carbon copies of my signed paper work. It was suppose to have been mailed to me, but I waited three weeks and keep getting the run around. I finally went in and the sales person Fred no longer worked there, and they gave me a copy of my contract on 8x1/2 by 11 paper in which I had ask to see my original paperwork and get all carbon copies. Then My left turn signal light bulb blew, and I wanted it fixed, The guy told me to get it fix and pay for it, then mail him the bill. I am truely unhappy with the services I was provided and thought I'd be better off giving the car back and taking my 2005 Sunfire back but they told me they had sold it already and I had signed a contract so I could not return the Malibu. Funny the contract I signed and the car-note I signed for is no where to be found, but instead I have a copy of a contract stating my payments to be much more than I signed the contract for. Now I've been trying to get in touch and I'm put on hold for over 10 minutes or the general manager is busy with a customer. I'm feed up and I don't want this car!! What should I do?
