We started out at the service department because our passenger seat was coming apart. After that we decided to look at the Avalanches. My husband really wanted blue tooth so he could hook up his phone to it. We started out with a gentleman named Lynn and when we went in he notice we used Mike Bell before when we bought our 2010 Chevy pickup. Both men helped us out and were very nice. I told them the price range for my payments and that I would not go over it. We didn't care for the rims that were on the vehicle so they even switch them out which saved us money. Brian was also very nice and got the us the payment range we wanted. Then once the vehicle was ready Ray took us out and showed us how to work everything. That was really great because you use to have to figure it out on your own. We enjoyed our time with all the men that help us. We couldn't have asked for better people. Mike even gave us a car to drive to do some things we need to do and have lunch while they were getting the vehicle ready. I would definitely tell my friends to go there. Again I just want to tell them all Thank you.

When we arrived, we were greeted by Roger. We told him what we were looking for, and he checked the inventory to see what they had, and we even walked the lot to make sure there wasn't a vehicle out there that had not been added to his "Sheet" yet. We found the perfect vehicle, and we were able to work with Dan Schian to find the best financing option. After we purchased the vehicle, we met with Ray Whitlow who showed us how to work all of the features of the car, including On-Star, XM and even how to sync up the bluetooth and other features. He was patient and answered all of our questions, and he was also quite funny. Overall it was a very pleasant experience and I would definitely work with them again.

Roger was very helpful and helped us find the truck we were looking for. He was funny but professional and very friendly. Dan and the finance team did a great job of working with us to get us the truck at a price that fit our budget. Ray, the social media director, was very funny and friendly and walked us through all of the features and technological aspects of the car, including setting up the bluetooth, XM and ON-Star. It was a very good experience.

I had a wonderful car buying experience at Steve Rayman. From my initial email inquiry to completing my purchase Montez made me feel comfortable and confident about my choices. She was open and honest which are characteristics needed to gain the trust of a car buyer. When it came time to crunch the number Susan and Arthur are the BEST!!!!! Lastly, Ray's humor added to my car buying excitement, he mad me laugh the entire time. From beginning to end I had the BEST experience at Steve Rayman.
