My Review of Steven Volkswagon:
Bought the car from them and have taken it back to them for all the services. I swear, each time they manage to screw something up. From overtorqueing the wheel lugnuts, to scratching the fender, and finally breaking the windshield! Even the obvious items always get "missed". I've had to show them because their techs didn't notice they'd screwed something up! I've had it 2x for the windshield because they installed an aftermarket that fits like crap, they installed the window molding incorrectly, broke the trim strip under the w/s, put a big gouge in the dash, and greased up the RH pillar cover! The w/s STILL isn't done. They've decided to go with a factory w/s, they've got to order a dash, and see if they can clean the pillar cover. Clowns! I LOVE everything about the car, except for the dealership. If I can't trust the dealer to take care of the car, then I don't see the reason to keep the car. I do the MX myself, but there isn't enough time, and no one else in town works on new VW's. So, do yourself a favor and don't buy ANYTHING from Steven VW, there a bunch of crooks!
