My Review of Stevens Creek Acura:
We wanted to test drive a used Acura MDX. The one that they had available was a demo vehicle. This was perfect for us. The Sales person was patronizing and had a coffee buzz. When we negotiating the price he kept saying that we should buy a new one instead. Note: not that he would like to sell a new car. He needed some attitude adjustment was very arrogant. We would have probably increased our offering price to some middle ground, but his attitude just ticked us off.
Please, do not ever go to this dealership, drive 75 miles away from the bay area and buy your Acura from the boonies.

My Review of Stevens Creek Acura:
So I wanted to test drive an Acura TL, but no one approached us. Is it me or are the dealerships lacking customer service? I mean each customer may have a potential in buying a car and they let it slip away. But this was the service that day and it seems that the sales people pick and choose their clients. They don't think we will complain on a site like this.

My recommendation...don't go to stevens creek. Look at other reviews for better experiences and go to those places. That's what these reviews are for! It's our money that we're putting down and it's their sales loss if they don't provide great customer service.

My Review of Stevens Creek Acura:
Dealership now called "AutoWest Acura of Stevens Creek" - Part of the AutoNation Group.

Tam Do told me last Sunday on the phone that I could not borrow a car for a 1-hr. test drive. "Against company policy," he said. But, he said, if I came in at 4:00pm, he would go with me on the test drive. So, I drove 35 minutes to find that he was in the middle of a sale and was not available. I understand the importance of a sale, but a simple phone call to reschedule would have been polite.

However, another salesperson (Cherif Abbes) approached me with a "Borrowed Car" form and he said there was no problem. "Just take the car, drive it, and I'll see you back here in an hour-and-a-half," he said. What happened to the dealership's "No Borrowing" policy?

Pretty shabby customer treatment.

Yesterday, I was at the same dealership where I was lied to, again. Cherif promised me a specific price for a new MDX with Acura's 3.9%/48mo. financing. Cherif said on Thursday that "On my word" this deal was approved by a sales manager ("J.T."). Nothing was ever put in writing. "Against company policy until you're ready to sign a contract," he explained. That should have been a warning of what was to come.

When I went to the dealership yesterday, with money in my pocket, the sales manager (Rocky Karimi) explained that it didn't mater what the salesman had said - that deal was not available with the financing. Rocky said that it didn't matter what "J.T." had promised because he was not "in" today. On top of that, Rocky's attitude was VERY rude!

All I got at AutoWest Acura of Stevens Creek was Lies, Lies and more Lies.

That afternoon, I went to Acura of Pleasanton and dealt with Greg Boynton. Not only did I get the exact car for $250 LESS than AutoWest's best offer, but also got the 3.9% financing and they will deliver the car from Pleasanton to San Jose after the accessories are installed!

Apparently, that deal is available, you just have to find a dealership where they treat you like an intelligent human being. I would highly recommend Greg Boynton and Acura of Pleasanton!

When it comes to servicing, my new car will be worked on somewhere else.

My Review of Stevens Creek Acura:
Just bought my 2005 TL at invoice from the internet sales department. Sara, my sales lady, was professional, honest, up front about the price, and was genuinely trying to help me make a good decision about buying a car and not trying to sell me a car. I would go back there again. She offered to sell me a desert mist or green car at $300 below invoice. She's a great salesperson but I don't know if she still works there.
The other salesperson, John Lee, was a real jackass. He didn't let me test drive the car and only wanted to sell it above the invoice price. I spent 10 minutes with him. A short time because he never left his desk. He wanted me to commit to buying the car at an inflated price. I left that jerk and came back the next day and found Sara, a much better salesperson.
The service department is o.k. I had to come back twice to fix a problem but they eventually replaced the part and everything is fine now.
