My Review of Stevens Creek Mitsubishi:
Through selling a car there, he not only did not understand our questions, didn't understand what is needed on the paperwork, why the paperwork was needed, but also tried to cut down the price by saying he didn't need such a feature in the car, that the car already comes with. He said things like "it's a dealership, you can trust us" "trust me", but when he promised a time to meet to give us money, he was not there, even after we completed all the paperwork. It is very stressful to have "sold" your car to someone who doesn't even pay for it when they say they will, especially when the money is in need. There is no integrity.

My Review of Stevens Creek Mitsubishi:
This place is owned and operated by a family that is driving the car name into the ground. If you are a intelligent person you'll see they are corrupt as hell. Wish someone else in my local area owned a dealership other than these guys. You are screwed if you do

My Review of Stevens Creek Mitsubishi:
I took my 2003 Eclipse in for $1000+ of service and repairs recommended at 50,000+ miles. Made an appointment to have the doors repainted which had previously been authorized by a dealer in the state I moved from (this is the 4th time a portion of the car has been painted. Roof, hood, trunk botched and repainted at 30,000 mi, then the fenders at 40,000mi.) This model has been acknowledged be Mitsubishi to have defective paint from the factory.
This paint job was also half assed and had to be sent back to the boddy shop. Paint looked good when returned so I signed for the work. Got in the car and the interior door panel fell off, same thing on the passenger side (I guess this is why I never send food back to the kitchen).
I was informed that that was not covered because the car was out of warranty (obviously happened sometime between drop off and pick-up). Also said all warranties remaining on the car (drive train) were void because an after market hood was installed (lie). He personaly authorized the painting of the doors as a "good will gesture" (lie).
When I continued to complain about the door panels I was told "bring this back here for service and see what happens".

LIEING AND THREATENING ARE NOT "CUSTOMER SERVICE".

My Review of Stevens Creek Mitsubishi:
Stevens Creek Mitsubishi is a very dishonest dealer.
They charge customer with longer labor hours by misleading customer with incorrect information.

I sent my 2001 Eclipse for engine light checking. They found out the code is P0135 and suggested replacing oxygen sensor(bank 1 sensor 1).

But when I asked how many labor hours they needed. They told me it's a major work, because they need to remove catalytic converter to reach the sensor. They charged me 4 labor hours for that. At that time, I had no idea where the sensor is and believed what they said. So I let them replace it.

After doing a research on google, I was shocked:
The replaced sensor is in the front chamber. You can easily reach it by just opening the hood.

Then they said the way they replace the sensor is safer and they avoid damaging the catalytic converter (They still thought I have no idea about the location of this sensor).

When I pointed out the actual position, they said that there is no difference, because anyway they spent 4 hours to replace it.

Our research on google also shows that this sensor replacement usually takes less than 2 hours.

So, their strategy is quite clear:
First, they use incorrect information to mislead customer that the work needs longer labor hours. Then they did the job in inefficient way. If you find out their trick, they argue that it really takes that many labor hours (They will show you their work record)

BE CAREFUL WITH Stevens Creek Mitsubishi. If there is any other choice, don't go there. If you have to go there, let them write down all the work they gonna do and do a research first.

My Review of Stevens Creek Mitsubishi:
I bought A 2004 Toyota Tacoma
I found the truck by an auto trader it was listed as a 2004 with a 2.7 liter engine with a lot of features AND tape cruise control

This truck ewas suppose to be in exallent condition.

I found out later that night by my brother the truck was in a crash and the rear tire were bald. To confirm what I was told by my brother. I took the truck to capital toyota to have it checked out the service writer told me the same things and showed me what was replaced The hood, fender, bumper, bumper brackets. The way he knew was no vin. stickers on the parts. He told me the tires where gone. I asked him what size engine is this and does it have cruise control. he told me its 2.4 liter and it has no cruise control. I also went to a local wheel works to have the tires checked out, The sales man measure my tire tread and does a test drive .He says these are illegal to drive on and it needs an alighnment . So now I have two legit places tell me this truck is unsafe to drive.
I took the truck back to the dealer to have the problums fixed and was told no. I said this is illegal to sell a truck like this. He said I could return the truck which I did.
Got my money back after waiting a long time and cashed the check as fast as I could at there bank.

So my main problems are
1 Miss Advertisement of truck “fraud”
Wrong size engine and no cruise control

2 They do not even check to see if the vehicle is safe to sell.
Bald Tires and pulls to the right

3 Don’t know history of vehicle or did not disclose of accident
Major crash to front end

4 When you bring up problems that are major will not work with client to remedy problem.

5 Sales person rude after sale.

6. Finance person pushy Wants you to go with there finance company after I made deal with sales guy and I had my own.

Sales Person

My Review of Stevens Creek Mitsubishi:
I have problem with my brand new Mitsubishi car. Their service department never tried to help me but told me that they could not duplicate the problem and they can't repair it. I have to park my car overnight and proved the problem to them. No loaner car was provided. Now the problem came back and I have to shout at their GM to get their attention.

My Review of Stevens Creek Mitsubishi:
I contacted this dealership since they had a used car that I was interested. I took the car for a test drive and since Edwin was not available I dealt with Ziggy. After the test drive I noticed that the car was burning oil from somewhere on the rear of the motor block. I left my number for Edwin to contact me. He called me later that evening and I discussed the car and the fact that it was burning oil somewhere in the motor. I was told that the car would be checked out first thing in the morning to determine if it was leaking oil or oil was spilled during an oil change. I called back the next morning and spoke with Edwin and I was told the car was in service and would be called back. I called 45 minutes later and talked to Ziggy and was told that the car was never in service that they didn't have enough technicians on staff that day. One hour later Edwin calls me and tells me that he has approval to give me a service agreement (due bill) to cover anything that might be mechanically wrong with the car. So I tell him that I would be down to purchase the vehicle. I live in the Central Valley and due to traffic it took me 2 hours to get there. I had Edwin paged once I arrived. When Edwin showed up, he told me that the car had been sold ten minutes prior to my arrival. He had both cell and home phone numbers to contact me and let me know that this had occurred, which of course he didn't use to let me know. Well tried to sell me another car in which I had no interest, and tried to entice me by knocking off 2K of the vehicle. These people wasted my time and lack in customer service skills. I recommend that you avoid this dealership. They lied to me stating that car was in service and it wasn't. They sold the car to someone else more than likely knowing that there is something wrong with the car and the unsuspecting folks who purchased it won't have a clue until it breaks down.
I agree we some of the other reviewers of this website that there is something crooked going on there. Avoid this dealership if at all possible
