My Review of Stevens Creek Nissan:
This dealership is possibly the worst I've ever been to. I got there in evening on a Sunday looking to buy the new 370Z of which they only had one - the display model. After not finding a single salesman to help, I finally approached the front desk and asked for help. The person there pointed me to go talk to someone who was on his cell phone - now why would I as the customer want to interrupt someone I didn't know on a call?

After asking the person on the phone, he dismissed me telling me to ask someone else. At this stage, I was ready to leave since no one there seemed interested in my business. Anyway, after finally getting off the phone, the guy helped me grudgingly. He gave the usual spiel about the car, and then I asked about test-driving one. He said no, sorry, you can't drive the car since it's the only one they have. But then his follow up question was "are you interested in buying it?". Yes, I'm interested, why else would I be here? Why else would I want to test drive it?

Anyway, the rest of my time was pretty much downhill from there. I'm never going back to this dealership. They are unprofessional, don't seem to care enough to make a sale, and are just not worth your time.

My Review of Stevens Creek Nissan:
My car had transmission problem, they actually replace the whole transmission for me, luckily my car is still under the powertrain warranty. Joe service adviser was friendly and responsible as well as technician Gary was very knowledgeable and professional person. Even the account lady was nice to me. Would like to recommend this dealership.

My Review of Stevens Creek Nissan:
Although I did buy my 02 Maxima from Stevens', I went through by credit union and it was really nothing more than signing paper work at the dealer.<br><br>The service department I have used several times for both my 02 Maxima and my 95 Quest. In the case of my Maxima it has been entirely warranty work. In the case of the Quest it has been repairs. I have been treated very well by both of the service managers I've listed above. They have not hassled me, they have never given me any grief, and they have always gotten the work done on time and were very helpful. <br><br>The staff in the parts department is also very good. They have taken the time to look things up for me and even pulled out parts for me to look over when there was a question (and there was no pressure to buy the part).
