My car had transmission problem, they actually replace the whole transmission for me, luckily my car is still under the powertrain warranty. Joe service adviser was friendly and responsible as well as technician Gary was very knowledgeable and professional person. Even the account lady was nice to me. Would like to recommend this dealership.

Review above is very accurate.<br><br>We were just browsing minivans there when the salesperson kept harassing us with questions about what we were looking for. When we told him we were just looking around and asked to be left alone, he tells us to leave the dealership.<br><br>About 2 years ago, I brought in a 96 Camry V6 for a trade appraisal and the guy comes back at me with $1500. I ended up getting $6250 for it from a Honda dealer.

My Review of Stevens Creek Nissan:
Went to look for Nissan Maxima. A salesman comes up and tells me that the car I want is hard to find and other people are paying $500 more for that color (Gold). Anyway after the test drive, he says just come in and talk about the car. OK, I didn't want to be rude, so I go in with him and he starts giving me numbers and how much I am willing to buy it for. I tell him I just wanted to test drive and get up. He starts yelling for his manager like a 2 year old girl. The manager runs over and asks why I am not buying the car. Very sleazy sales people and managers. Just be prepared before you have to deal with these guys.

My Review of Stevens Creek Nissan:
Although I did buy my 02 Maxima from Stevens', I went through by credit union and it was really nothing more than signing paper work at the dealer.<br><br>The service department I have used several times for both my 02 Maxima and my 95 Quest. In the case of my Maxima it has been entirely warranty work. In the case of the Quest it has been repairs. I have been treated very well by both of the service managers I've listed above. They have not hassled me, they have never given me any grief, and they have always gotten the work done on time and were very helpful. <br><br>The staff in the parts department is also very good. They have taken the time to look things up for me and even pulled out parts for me to look over when there was a question (and there was no pressure to buy the part).
