My Review of Stevens Creek Porsche Audi:
Worst experience ever. I will never never never go back there again. These people are very nice when they are wooing you for your money. Once they have your money, watch out and get ready to be screwed.

Before you read on further, the summary of the story below is:
I wasted 4 days, 700+miles and waiting 3 months to be compensated for the cost of something they could have avoided if they did it right in the first place.

I bought an Audi S4 from them. And purchased Cleararmor and lojack at the same time. Made an appointment with them for installation that next Tuesday at 9am. I took a day off work and drove 1hr got there sharp at 9am. They forgot my appointment. They then made another one for the coming Friday. I wasted 5hrs plus 100miles.

Friday comes, I am there at 9am sharp. They did lojack and cleararmor. I pick up my car at 5pm, noticed right on their lot tons of scratches where cleararmor is laid. Show 3 of their customer service people, they all agreed it is the worst job they have seem. Told me the Cleararmor owner will call me personally Monday.

That Sat, I took pictures of all the scratches an sent to Stevens Creek Audi. Come Monday, no calls. I emailed the service Advisor Tuesday morning, no calls. I called the service Advisor, they say someone will get back to me. Waited until Thursday, no calls. Friday morning, I called their boss. They want me to contact Cleararmor!!! I paid Steven Creek Audi for the service not their vendor. At that point, I just want my car fixed.

Contacted ClearArmor, they said they will fix the damages and redo my car. I have to go to them, they are 1:30hrs away. Went there 9am the next Thursday. Showed them all the scratchs, I also noticed their are cut marks on my paint where the film ends. They basically use my car as a template. They fixed most of the visible stuff.
Another day and 200miles wasted.

After I went home, I noticed a lot more new tiny scratches under the film.WTF!!!! I called Audi of American, sent them my email communication trails. Stevens Creek boss called me, asked me to come in.

Another day wasted and 100 miles. When I met him, he haggled me and tried to talk me into not taking my money back. Here is one of the things he said "even if I give you a refund now, you already made up your mind about my business' reputation and you already told every Audi forum not to come, what would I gain from giving money" I refused to give in and specified, I will take this up to the CEO of Audi if I do not get a refund.

I got my refund for the cleararmor at the end but did not get compensated for 4 lost days of work and 700 miles of driving.

My Review of Stevens Creek Porsche Audi:
Incredible service experience, and how many times do you hear that? Found the problem, and corrected it the first time, provided me a great rental car, and was clean and ready on time.
These guys rock.

My Review of Stevens Creek Porsche Audi:
Wow, what a great buying experience at Stevens Creek Porsche. I bought a 911, and they gave me the best deal in the bay area, and I shopped them all.
Carlsen, not even close, Stead, way to high, Freemont was a JOKE!
If you want to buy a Porsche, look no further then Stevens Creek.

My Review of Stevens Creek Porsche Audi:
I did not buy my Audi A4 here, so I can't speak to the sales experience at Stevens Creek. But in terms of service, I think they are the best Audi service dealership in the Peninsula / South Bay (I've also tried Rector Audi and Carlsen Audi and they pale in comparison). The service staff at Stevens Creek Audi are much friendlier and they offer extras like complimentary shuttle service to nearby locations and a car wash for every serviced car.

My Review of Stevens Creek Porsche Audi:
I do not even know where to start... I had the worst experience possible with this dealership (post-buy).<br><br>The sale person was incompetent and did not know what my car had on it and what not. The manager of the dealership was rude to me when I went to request service and try to blow me off. A &quot;check engine&quot; light came off and the manual said &quot;Reduce speed. Take you car to the dealership ASAP and get it fixed&quot; and the manager of the service department told me that that happens to Audis all the times and I should just go home.<br><br>I've started taking my car to another dealership and I'm a billion times happier.

My Review of Stevens Creek Porsche Audi:
I have had to visit this Dealership three times and will never go back! Once for my 99 GTI (used to be a VW dealer too) and they wanted to charge me for a break light that I wanted to replace under warranty because I didn't make an appointment.<br><br>Second with my 2002 A4 1.8t, I had a stereo installed and afterwards I was receiving an airbag fault code. They refused to even look at my car for less than $250! WTF! <br><br>Third (same A4), I installed a Front Mount Intercooler, and after taking the bumper off I got an error code for the auto leveling headlights. They went on about doing bodywork or wondering if the vehicle was modified from stock. Basically if it wasn't totally OEM they wouldn't touch it, and if they did they would totally return it to OEM components and charge every last dime for it.<br><br>I took my vehicle to Carsen in Redwood City for both incidents regarding the A4 and they fixed the airbag faults (with out charge), and fixed the auto-leveling system (with out charge). I would definitely steer clear of Stevens Creek Audi, and do business with Carsen, it is well worth the extra drive!!<br>
