My Review of Stevens Creek Porsche:
I just bought a 911 S from Stevens Creek Porsche. Vinny was just wonderful to deal with. I met the sales manager, and he was really nice, and I got a very fair deal. I saved thousands on the 911, and after looking all over northern cal, Stevens Creek was the most aggresive, and had the best staff. Buy a 911 here if you want a great deal, and great service. By the way, the service department is the cleanest I have ever seen.

My Review of Stevens Creek Porsche:
Typical promise the world and deliver crumbs problem.

No dealer follow-up after sale. They don't know the features on their cars (didn't know the in dash CD would work in addition to change in trunk). Promised a 20% discount on any porsche performance items after the sale but not only couldn't get 20%, they were 10% higher than Carlsen. I've received better support and service on my Avalanche and Acura (which combined are still less than the P). They do not keep their promises let alone commitements to return calls etc. This won't be our last P car but it will be the last one from this dealership.

Price was ok. It seems to really matter where you are in the model year that determines whatever discounts you'll get.

Avoid avoid avoid. The other Bay area dealers can't possibly be worse. I think Carlsen is the place to go.

My Review of Stevens Creek Porsche:
Long story but bottom line negotiated and agreed to a deal on a car directly with Mark Wood, General Sales Manager at about 7 pm on 6/22/06. We agreed that we were done. Mark confirmed and asked me when I'd come in. I said I'd be by the next day to pick up the car and sign papers, drop off a check, etc. At 10 am on 6/23/06, Mark called to tell me the car was sold. I am completely stunned by this. How shocking.
