My Review of Stew Hansen's Dodge City:
I bought my Grand Caravan at Stew Hansens and had a good experience.

Service has been horrible, long waits, unfriendly people, clueless people. I can live with all of that.

The straw that broke the camels back were they were dishonest with me about when my next oil change was due.

Instead of marking 3000 more miles on the windshield sticker, they stealthily put 2500 miles on there (current miles + 2500).

I think they believe most consumers won't notice the difference, come in at 2500 miles, and then they make more money.

Deceptiveness loses customers.

Good riddance.

My Review of Stew Hansen's Dodge City:
I had my vehicle in for an oil change, and everything seemed fine. I noticed a new oil plug on my bill, and they informed me that the original was no longer usable. I thought nothing of it at the time, because they did not seem concerned.

I then realized that I had a puddle of oil forming under my car in the garage. I crawled under the car and realized they had stripped out the threads (which is done by inserting the plug in incorrectly and then tightening forcefully) on the oil pan, patched it up, and didn't tell me about it.

I took it back to the dealership, informed a service manager as to what happened, asked that my oil pan be replaced at his cost, and he laughed in my face. I then contacted the general manager, brent hansen. He was helpful, but only agreed to pay for half the repair (which is 100% more than I would have got taking it to someone else).

I took his deal and will never take and vehicle back to that horrible place. I will also continue to let everyone that will listen know how little they care about honesty, integrity, and their customer.
