My Review Of Stingray Chevrolet:
We bought a new volt in august. Took it in because the blue tooth is unusable due to road noise blocking any conversation at 40 or above, simple problem should be a simple solution. Two days later, without a car, they are unable to fix it. They admit there is a problem, just can't fix it. Never received a phone call on the issue in two days, When I called the service advisor Debbie, she had left at noon without bothering to call. I was referred to the service manager, left a message for him to call back on the issue since he didn't answer, still have not heard from him. Horrible customer service. The car was cheap from them, just don't go there for service, they are very bad. going to go get my unrepaired car after two days and take it to someone that cares a bit and might fix the problem.
