We had a great experience buying our Accord Cross Tour. Michael Okei was wonderful and pleasant to work with. I'm not competent to rate the quality of the technician's work, so I checked N/A. The Service Adviser that provided exemplary customer service was a young woman with dark hair and an enthusiastic, outgoing work, so I checked N/A. She dealt quickly and effectively with the only complaint I had (minor irritation at not being able to connect my iPad to your wi-fi network) by getting another employee (from where I don't know) who was very knowledgeable about Apple devices and had me connected in a few seconds. Both of them have exactly the kind of personality that makes for superior customer service. I'm sorry I don't know their names and I didn't see either of them around when I left, so couldn't thank them personally. I chose to bring my wife's CR-V to S2M Honda because I was very impressed with the Service Dept manager who spoke at the new owner briefings I attended when I bought a new Fit a few months ago (I attended twice because the chicken and brownies were great!). At this point I am certain we will be bringing both cars to you for service. More
I gave customer service a rating of 5 because all of the employees were very helpful and they were all very kind. Every employee treated us very well and they were all very friendly! That is why I gave friendliness a rating of 5. Our sales person, Toni Blackwell, was outstanding. She answered every question that we had and was very knowledge able about what she was doing! The overall experience was just great! They got us what we needed and they did it very nicely! They treated us with respect and I would be more than happy to go back for more service. The prices were a little lower than average. I would have liked to pay a little bit less, but I won't complain. More

This time we bought a new 4 door Civic. So thats 2 brand new cars from the same dealer in two days. That should tell you how impressed we were with our salesman as well as all the staff at Stockton to Malone honda. We couldnt be happier. These guys have us as customers for life, I wont even consider buying a car somewhere else. keep up the good work guys. More

We test drove the accord and fell in love with it right away, and I knew it was the car I had to have. (although I didnt tell them that at the time) He was very knowledgable about all aspects of the car buying process. He was open honest and very upfront about everything. We actually had fun buying a new car. All the staff was freindly knowledgable and very easy to work with. I have bought lots of new cars and this has by far been the best experience ever. I highly recommend Stockton to Malone Honda, ask for Brandon "Slim" Heaps and I can assure you you will have the same awesome car buying experience as we did. Eric More
My husband and I went to the Stockton to Malone Honda dealership back in February while we were in Utah looking for houses (we moved here from Florida just a few days ago). While there, we met Alex Schne dealership back in February while we were in Utah looking for houses (we moved here from Florida just a few days ago). While there, we met Alex Schneider who was beyond helpful, and very nice! He wasn't pushy at all and we instantly liked him. Therefore, we kept his card until we moved here and went back to Stockton-Malone Honda last week because of the positive experience we had already had with Alex. While there on Monday, we met John Chuidian, who was also extremely nice, energetic, and FULL of knowledge. I think he knows the Honda Pilot better than Mr. Honda, himself :) Seriously, though, he did a great job, was extremely thorough and helped answer all of our questions, and even questions we didn't know that we had. Then, when we made the decision to enter into a lease on the Pilot, they were both very helpful and made the LONG process well worth it. Overall, we have had a great experience with the dealership and would definitely return. These were the two nicest, and in our opinion, best, salesmen we have ever worked with. More

I LOVE my car! Everyone I worked with was great! The managers came out to talk with me. Everyone seemed so friendly and made me feel at home. I got a great deal on the car (I did my research). They walked me through every step of the purchase process. And the best part was that they were patient with me since I am not always the easiest customer to deal with. I would definitely recommend them, and actually have recommended them, to anyone! My brother got a SUV styled car from there and he loves it as well. More
We had an excellent experience with Stockton to Malone Honda. We were there for a few hours negotiating on a price. They were patient and bent over backwards to make sure we got a deal we could afford and the vehicle we really wanted. They gave us options and really explained all the choices to us. We bought a new Odyssey and we found a little scratch on the front. They came to us, brought us a rental car and took our van in to get fixed by someone who specializes in this. When we went to pick it up you couldn't tell where the scratch was and they had refilled the tank of gas. We have had numerous phone calls making sure everything is going great and answering questions we have had. We will for sure buy our next vehicle here. They are really taking care of us. More

Car was still spotless when we took it back it hardly needed any detailing. and it was thier fault we should not have to pay a restocking fee let alone for any miles! More
About 15 days after purchase I noticed that my used 2003 Odyssey wipers would not run continusely. I feel I got a California spiff job to pass safety. I took it to my mechanic to find the real cause. He indicated that it was extreamly unlikely it was working in the last month. The service department wanted $95.00 for a diagnostic since my machnic wasn't Honda certified. It took me an hour and 5 people to get them to cover it for no charge and to replace the motor as covered under my warranty. The service manager said it would be done by about 5pm. Since I hadn't heard anything from them and they closed at 5pm I called at 4:30 and was told it would take an extra day. When I indicated that I was told 5pm and it would have been nice to recieve a call letting me know the time would be longer, the lady told me the service manager had said hopefully it will be done about 5, but he was thinking it would be longer. So aparently I was to read his mind and know it would take 2 days. When I told her that for the future it would be nice to make sure the customer understood the time frame and a update call would be nice, she got sarcastic and said "Thanks, I'll put that in my notes." The customer interface is terrible. I was given the run-around, and the only reason I was taken care of was I refused to take no for an answer. The people were rude, and cared nothing for the customer experiance. I plan on taking it to my machnic after to ensure the work was done and done correctly. Also I would not buy a car from them again. More
