What a bunch of crooks . Will never buy from them again too many places to buy from to deal with rude and incompetent service people that just want to rip you off . More

Do your research before heading in to this dealership. I was initially offered $4,500 less than what Kelly Blue Book stated my trade was worth. Also stick to your guns. I stated I could only put $3,000 down was initially offered $4,500 less than what Kelly Blue Book stated my trade was worth. Also stick to your guns. I stated I could only put $3,000 down, and was told by Dodge that they were trying to do their best to get me approved, 15 minutes later they asked me if I could put $10,000 down (they made it seem like it was difficult to get me approved and made me feel like I had to put down the additional funds they suggested to get approved). In the end, I put down $3,000 and still got a good interest rate. If I would have taken the first offer for my trade and listened to the recommendion of what to put down I would have spent $11,500 more than needed. They ended up calling me later and offering me a good deal for my trade, but the whole process was far from ideal. More
