Thomas was very informative and his contact strategy was effective and not aggressive. Much appreciated. Unfortunately, he could not locate the color and features within a reasonable distance, but I received the information I needed to make my purchasing decision.

My Review of Stohlman Subaru of Herndon:
After test driving Subaru's at several other dealerships and not receiving the price we wanted for the car, I emailed Stohlmans at Herndan to see if they had what we wanted, in our price range. Mark emailed back that he would look and the next day he emailed that the car we wanted was being delivered in two weeks and quoted us a price.
We bought that car from Mark and we are very happy with it. The experience of actually purchasing the car was professional and quick.
I would highly recommend this dealership.

My Review of Stohlman Subaru of Herndon:
My wife and I just bought our first Subaru yesterday and we bought it at Stohlman of Herndon.

The building may not look like much from the outside (it's 104 years old and is just super charming!) but the staff inside provided us with the best car buying experience we've ever had.

We haven't bought a car in 10 years but we've test driven enough cars over that time at various dealerships to know that most are just places you don't want to spend 5-6 hours haggling over the second most expensive purchase you make and playing the typical dealership games.

The staff at Stohlman of Herndon is very laid back, low pressure and the buying process is completely transparent- at no point were we ever guessing how much this car was going to cost. We were there for three hours and didn't even realize it, it was just very relaxing and, to be honest, refreshing.

Our sales guy, Raj Kapur, was extremely knowledgable and was great to deal with. His manager, Gus Andrande, was very friendly and got us the price we wanted for our trade. The finance guy, Dave Kim, made the actual paperwork completely painless and didn't try to sell us a bunch of BS add-ons at the last minute. And everyone there we spoke with was very friendly and quick to offer their help. The entire staff just came across as really genuine.

Oh, and of course, they gave us a great deal on our new Outback- even though they had to trade another dealership in MD for it.

I would have no reservations about recommending anyone to check them out for their next car purchase.

Rajan was a pleasure to work with in buying our new Subaru Legacy. He was very helpful with informing us about the options that would work for us and then with ordering the specific vehicle that we wanted. The sales process was a breeze and he had all the paperwork lined up so we spent minimal time at the dealership signing the docs. He was thorough in reviewing the car with us, informing us about several overlooked features, and he set up the bluetooth for our cell phones. Overall it was a great experience, and he is a true asset at the dealership. Highly recommended!

My Review of Stohlman Subaru of Herndon:
Stohlman Subaru of Herndon is by far the best car dealership I have done business with. I started looking for a Subaru to purchase on line and Mark Doyle responded promptly to all of my emails. I was interested in the 0% financing that I saw in the adds and I wanted to finance for 48 months. Mark made sure that I knew the 0% was for 36 month financing. The other local dealerships never clarified this for me even though they knew I wanted 48 month financing . Because Mark was being honest I decided to just work with him to get my new Subaru. I went in to the dealership and met with Mark and told him exactly what I wanted on my new vehicle. The search was on for my new car. Gus actually found my new vehicle and called me to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. I was told the delivery date and the car arrived that day. The actual purchasing of the car was painless and the price was exactly what I had been told. Sharon did the paperwork quickly and she was very easy to work with. I also traded in my old car and I got a very good price for the trade in. The "above and beyond" customer service I was given by Mark and Gus makes me a Stohlman Subaru of Herndon loyal customer. I would highly recommend if you are looking for excellent customer service and a great price on a Subaru go to Stohlman Subaru of Herndon.

My Review of Stohlman Subaru of Herndon:
This was our first purchase at Stohlman Subaru of Herndon, and even though we did not purchase a Subaru, I felt we were treated with the same friendly, no pressure approach that we would have experienced if the car we purchased were a Subaru. Mark was a pleasure to work with, and my husband and I agree, it was our best car buying experience ever. I will certainly put them at the top of my list the next time we need a car, new or used.

March 27 update: Although we still think Mark Doyle was great to work with, two events have changed our overall rating on this dealership. First was the fact that the dealership's service dept did not tighten the oil filter or the oil pan plug, and as a result the car lost one half quart of oil in a very short amount of time. Secondly, according to the dealership, they had personnel turnover in their main Title/Tags department, and it took almost a month and a half to get our private financing and title/tags/registration finalized. I will admit that some of the trouble with the tags was inadvertently our fault, but for the issue to take over one month to get resolved is not acceptable.

Amazing customer service! This dealer goes above and beyond in both the sales and service department. I own 2 Subarus, both purchased through this dealership. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and very accommodating. They took the time to listen to my needs and worked with me to find the perfect vehicles. The service department is professional and efficient and leave me feeling very confident when I entrust my vehicle to them. I couldn't be more pleased! I recommend them unconditionally.
