I have to start with my service team Curtis Krauss ans Steve Graham, you want fine anyone better. Next the culture of this service department is to do it right and ensure you do what you say you are going to do. I went into Stokes Toyota of Hilton Head with an exact model and color in mind. Glenn Marriot was extremely accommodating to me with what I came in to purchase. He was knowledgeable and made sure that I knew exactly what the new model offered from comfort to safety. He followed up with me after my purchase to ensure that I didn't have any concerns and genuinely wanted to make sure I was satisfied with my new purchase. Their overall level of professionalism on the sales floor is not typical at a car dealership and impressive. Shawn Fludd approached me several times to assist and answer all of my questions with confidence without being arrogant as some sales people have been in my past experiences when purchasing a vehicle. There is a "team" vibe that put me at ease and I left extremely happy and content. I will purchase my next vehicle there and highly recommend to others.

I just purchased a new Toyota Venza from Paul Osborne because he had received a glowing recommendation for a previous customer. Bought a used Tundra from Stokes Brown Toyota. Overall had a very good experience, and I got a great price on a nice vehicle. Loan Gates was great to work with, she attended my every need and concern promptly. These guys even delivered and I live 5 hours from the deamership!
