We purchased a pre-owned vehicle the other day from Stokes and it couldn't have gone smoother. Drew was an extremely agreeable salesman to deal with. While I was greeted upon my arrival at the dealership for service on my Civic, once I walked into the Service Area, I did not know what I was supposed to do. Reps were busy on the phone or using their comput service on my Civic, once I walked into the Service Area, I did not know what I was supposed to do. Reps were busy on the phone or using their computers, but no one noticed me. I stood there looking lost (as I was lost and confused as to what I was supposed to do). Finally, someone looked up from his computer and asked if he could help me. Perhaps the greeter should explain to customers what to expect when they go into the Service Area. I was just told to go through the door to the Service Area. Maybe the reps should spend more time looking for customers walking in than on their computers. At a minimum, someone should have noticed that I was there and acknowledged my presence. If they were busy, they could have nodded and said that they would be right with me. But I didn't know who to approach or what I was supposed to do to get service. Other than that, my experience was great. More

We had our trade in car looked at the Friday before we bought at Stokes. We were told that it needed a new transmission but could probably make it home from vacation. Shawn was friendly and professional and not pushy. We came in looking for a used car and left with a new one. He made sure the detailing was rushed for us because we had been there so long and my childre came in looking for a used car and left with a new one. I waited for 30 minutes to be greeted. I had an appointment at 11:30 and was told that I was late when I was there, I was just waiting for someone to check me in. I was told the noise my car was making was because my brakes pads were on backwards. My son told me that is NOT possible with new cars. I was told that it would be $47 just to look at my car. I was told that I would hear within two hours what the problem was because they were "backed up!" I called four hours later to check progress and still had no answers. I called four and one half hours later and asked for the manager. I explained my experience thus far and he promised to check into it and call me right back. I came to retrieve my car because I gave on Stokes. When I pulled into the parking lot, Raymond called to say that they could not reproduce the sound my car was making and that it was aftermarket brake pads most likely. I never heard from the service manager. It was the worst service I've ever received from any Honda dealer. More
