My Review of Stone Mountain Toyota Scion:
I bought a car from this dealership 2 years ago and was very dissatisfied. I will not buy a car from this dealer again. They were very pushy and rude. During the closing of the deal, there were some minor touch ups that had to be made and when I went to take care of it, the customer service was unbelievable. The customer service manager, Melissa, was very rude and ignored me and then she did not want to help me.She acted like I was a problem. I had never spent this much money before and it was a big deal to me. I will not even take my car to have it serviced here even though this dealership is 5 minutes from my house. I would rather drive all the way to the other side of town than to come back to the unprofessional group that works here. I highly recommend not buying from this dealer!
