My Review of Sturgill Chrysler Inc:
I stopped by Sturgill's for a test drive of the new Caliber. The sales person treated me as if I were a penniless bum and a criminal. When I asked to test drive the car he looked me up and down and said in a rather denigrating manner "I guess." He brought the car around and when I got in the driver's seat my father asked "aren't you going with us?" He says "that's what insurance and the cops are for." Real nice way to treat a potential customer.
When I returned to the dealership the salesman remained inside the building, browsing the Internet despite seeing me drive back in. When I walked in he didn't even look up from the computer. I had to stand in front of the computer and say "here are the keys back" before he even took notice. When he took the keys his reaction was "so you ready to buy?"
Once I told him I would also like to test the Jeep Compass, his reaction was to tell me "they are the same car. You don't need to test drive it." I was floored. Is this really how people who want to sell a car conduct business? I think not.
Needless to say I didn't buy from them and I didn't buy a Dodge.
