My Review of Subaru of Claremont:
I did have a great experience with my salesperson Brett. It was when I met the Owner's son Peter the General Manager that I changed my mind about buying my vehicle here. I would think that someone left in charge of a big dealership like this would be a little less of a horse's ass than this guy. This is a prime example of why you hire people who can do the job, not just a family member you're trying to help out. Peter Sr ran a great dealership and I was happy to do business there. With him gone and his incompetent son running the show I would say the a drive to Keene, Brattleboro, or Norwich is well worth the gas and travel time to deal with a professionally run organization. So sad to see a man's life work be destroyed by his son.
