He opened all the doors, trunk and the hood, explained upgraded features (which there were a lot in the car) and then had me take it for a test drive. I did not feel like I was under pressure to purchase a car and he kept working with me until we could come up with a figure that I was comfortable with. No other salesman ever presented the whole car (inside and out) to me. What a pleasure it was to work with Pablo.
