We had Connor as our financing person and he was knowledgeable and fun to work with. He answered all our questions thoroughly and helped finalize the deal on both cars. We will definitely be back next year for Subaru Crosstreks for the kids. 5 stars to the whole team. Thank you guys for all your hard work and dedication to helping us get into new cars and feeling good about it when we drove off the lot. More

Big Thank you to Jay Dunacusky, the sales person who greeted me at the door. His professionalism, knowledge, and calming demeanor made me be interested in the Forester. The dealership did not have the c greeted me at the door. His professionalism, knowledge, and calming demeanor made me be interested in the Forester. The dealership did not have the color that I wanted. The following day he found the vehicle at another dealership and went himself to retrieve it and the next day I went and purchased the car. being a female senior deciding on a dealership, choosing on the brand of car and taking the steps to finally purchase the car is very stressful to me. If Jay succeeded in putting my worries and concerns to rest, he needs to receive a gold medal. Connor McCown, the finance manager, was another superstar. These two guys are so transparent and honest in their transactions that it is very hard to find anywhere else. Employees are what makes a company. Being a bad weather, Jay texted me to make sure I reached home safely. Jay was also excellent in giving me a price that made me very happy. Kudos to Jay and Connor. Thank you very much for being you. A very satisfied customer. More
It has taken me weeks to respond to this request for a review. In my reticence to speak, I realized that my previous career depended on the reflections and experience of the clients that I daily engaged. For this reason, I previously chose to delay my response. I spent five hours at Ewing Subaru of Plano in attempt to purchase a pre-owned automobile for my wife and family. I was initially completely satisfied with the experience, but things started going off the rails once the negotiations began. I was eager to complete the process on my next visit, when I was asked to make a $1,500.00 non-refundable deposit for basically test-driving the vehicle. Soon after I refused to sign a deposit form, even more inconsistencies ensued. A random sales consultant comes to acquire the keys to the vehicle I was attempting to purchase. In retrospect, I understand this was the effort/tactic of the sales consultant and dealership to get me to leave the premises because it was nearing closing time. I was promised a particular approval rate and payment and that was far from accurate. They had not submitted the application and were giving me the false equivalence of an "approval". Since this was a Saturday evening, I knew I had to wait on a response the following Monday. When Monday arrived, I had to contact the sales consultant and the dealership myself, only to be met with vague answers and dismissive replies to my text messages. In essence, the dealership never intended to deliver upon the agreed upon terms, and later the finance manager (whom I never met) spent that Monday sending credit information (credit inquiries) to a plethora of lenders in attempt to secure financing. None of theses attempts were they ever given permission to perform. As someone who spent over twenty (20) years in the automotive industry, this is the exact lack of integrity and credibility which has given the profession historically low marks when it comes to ethics and morality. Conforming to the negative stereotypes which exist is the worst way to endear yourself to the customers and the community. Needless to say, this is not an establishment that will ever get my future patronage. My family and I are solid, taxpaying, creditworthy citizens, and we were summarily dismissed by this dealership and we will never return. Grant, you're a young consultant in this business, don't fall into the trap of being evasive and less than forthcoming with your potential clients. It is a bad look on all fronts. Protect your name and reputation, even if your superiors have ulterior motives. If they have the audacity to treat us in this manner, I can only hope that they take heed to these poignant words of dissatisfaction. More
