My Review of Suburban Buick:
Originally I had great experiences with this place. My father purchased 4 cars from this dealership so we've had pleasant time with them.
My only problem now is their service protocols as of late.
Before when i took my out-of-warranty car to them, they looked at it for free and then gave you the option for authorizing repair.
Now, anytime I take it in to them, they charge minimum $100 or so to just look at it.
What bothered me was I had to get my AC fixed, they recharged the freon and sent me on my way for a little under $200. Soon it stops working again, I go back, and this time they concluded compressor went bad. Now they want $1000 for it. I declined, but still had to pay $80 for a second inspection. So I'm out almost quarter-grand and it's not even fixed ... Though they did say the second $80 charge would go towards the compressor repair if I opted to do it.
The people over there are nice, pleasant, respectful and do their job very well. But this new practice of charging to look at cars bothers me and I'm unsure whether its just this dealership or new Buick practice.
