Me and my wife were very much interested in purchasing a Mazda CX series until we encountered Mo. Right off the bat he did not introduce himself or even cared to know who we were. He pointed us to the vehic Mazda CX series until we encountered Mo. Right off the bat he did not introduce himself or even cared to know who we were. He pointed us to the vehicles on the showroom but never approached us or even gave us any type of information related to the vehicles. After that I approached and asked to go over different options and any offers they might have, he accepted with a very smug demeanor. After sitting down at his desk he answered 2 of my questions and then proceeded to answer a phone call without even excusing himself. After that he was pretty much done with answering questions or engaging in more sales talk. I then asked him to provide me all the financing and payment information on a piece of paper so that I could better process everything but he just told me that all of that information was on their website. I proceeded to ask him again but his answer was still the same. What was the purpose of going there if you are basically telling me to do all of your work through the website and then contact you again?. I would like to think that this is his typical behavior and that our experience wasn't motivated by our appearance. To say that his actions completely demotivated me to buy any Mazda product is an understatement. PLEASE STAY AWAY from this man if you want a good experience. P.S. He also thinks he looks cool with his scarf and little hat. More

Scheduled a test drive, arrived on time because I respect other peoples time and stood unacknowledged at the front of the show room for ten minutes so I left. Was not real happy today when ordering my brand new 2024 Mazda Miata. After going through all the add-ons I found my salesman and added $90 on something I did not ask for and had him remove it. He said it was just an accident, but then he offered me a $1700 oil change tire rotation for three years and when I said that was way too much money when you can get a oil change probably for less than $50. He then said how about I give it to you for 1100 which right there told me he was over pricing that package. That did not make me feel very comfortable he could not guarantee when I will get my car but he told me three or four months. I said I don’t want to end up buying this car for the summer and not getting it until June, he said he was sure it would be before that, but he couldn’t give any guarantees first time I’m buying a foreign car. I hope it’s not my last. I did not come home as excited as I thought I would after making such a big purchase. I certainly hope my future endeavors with this company. Give me a better feeling . I would probably only recommend this dealership because it’s the closest one to my house even though it’s still a distance. When I bought my traverse, they gave me a oil change free, nothing free with this company. More
