My Review of Suburban Oldsmobile Cadillac Buick:
Talk about a bad experience. I bought a used vehicle here for my son. The salesman said it had a 3 month, 3000 mile warranty, so I signed papers. Then was told that it didn't have a warranty--they made a mistake, and that I could purchase an additional warranty at an attractive price. I was somewhat miffed, but said okay, since they gave me a good deal. Well a couple of days after I took the car home we found some problems. Turned out to be $1,600 worth of problems. I tried to give the car back, but they wouldn't go for it. Also, none of the repairs were covered under the additional warranty I purchased. They did allow me cancel the additional warranty and use that as part of the repair costs. They basically told me that I would have to take legal action to resolve the issue or live with it. What a bunch of ruthless characters. Who needs terrorists, when you've got people like this running American business. Plus, they took well over a week to fix the vehicle. Problem is, I neither had the time nor money to take action. My son never got over this transaction. He wants nothing to do with salesmen of any type anymore. The only reason I didn't give this dealer a 1, was that the other people besides the franchise owner and the salesmen were pretty nice.
