UNABLE TO COMMENT ON THE WORK DONE AS I KNOW NOTHING ABOUT THE WORKINGS OF AUTOS REPAIR ETC. HOWEVER, I DO APPRECIATE MR. JIM KREGER IN SERVICE DUE TO HIS HONEST SUGGESTIONS TO ADVISE ME WHEN SOMETHING SHOULD BE DONE AND MOST IMPORTANTLY HIS FRIENDLINESS AND CARE TO CHECK IF EVERY ITEM REQUESTED HAS BEEN TAKEN CARE OF.

My Review of Suburban Toyota-Scion:
I was there to purchase a car from a friend who was leasing that car from the dealership. Lisa and Dominic were friendly and knowledgeable, answered all of our questions, and gave us top-notch customer service. I wish all of my transactions could be this smooth. My friend is leasing a new car from the dealership. They didn't make any (or much) money from me and still treated me great.

My Review of Suburban Toyota-Scion:
Lisa and Dominic both took exceptional, personal interest in making sure I understood the details of my transaction.

Lisa explained options available on the Toyota I wished to purchase, and didn't pressure me to accept one from the lot that did not have everything I was looking for.

Dominic explained a lower cost way to accomplish what I wished to do on purchasing my lease.

I normally purchase American car but after the experience at this dealership I will only purchase Toyota car from now on. My salesperson Jay was excellent he made feel comfortable he listened to my needs and found the exact car that was right for me . I love my camry and I will continue to be a loyal customer of this dealer. I would refer this dealership to anybody that needs excellent customer service at the right price.

The salesman - Eric Ryan, was respectful of my needs and criteria. He was patient and not pushy but responsive to my financial requests. He provided me with the necessary information and knowledge to help me feel confident regarding my decision. In future I was return to this dealer to work with this salesman.

My Review of Suburban Toyota-Scion:
Initially I was reluctant about buying a Toyota due to most my family working for chrysler. From the moment I walked into Suburban Toyota I was greeted by Jay, whom immediately made me feel warm and welcome. Being a female I have encountered many dealers in the past who often times will speak to me as if I were a child. I never felt this at suburban. Jay treated me with respect and kindness from the moment I walked through the door. He was very informative, and courteous throughout the entire buying process. I felt as though he truly cared and wanted me in the right vehicle for my busy life style. I have recommended Suburban Toyota, and will continue to recommend Suburban to everyone I have encountered that is in the market for a vehicle. Jay made me feel as if I were truley part of the Toyota family. I say Koodoo's to you Jay and Suburban Toyota, for a job well done. Keep up the good work.

I have been a customer of Suburban Toyota for 5 years. I have leased and serviced my Toyota's there. Each time that I have been there I have been well taken care of. Also, when I have any concern they have addressed it promptly. I have been a Toyota driver for over twenty years.
