My Review of Suburban:
All three purchases with Suburban Saab (and its predecessors Gordon Saab and Goodman Saab) have been pleasant low-hassle situations. They definitely aren't trying to sell cars at MSRP with ludicrous add-ons. They don't even push extended warranties and the other rip-off extras, though they're willing to sell them if you want them.
Generally service has been good. I'm living with two minor things (noticed by no one else) because the service department can't figure out what I'm talking about with the sunroof not shutting completely (which can bring excessive wind rush over 80)... That isn't something that detracts from enjoying the Saab, but it does make me a little more wary of their service department. That said, everything else they've fixed very well over the years.
While slightly hesitant, I'll probably buy my next car from them as I have my last three. Though if a dealer opened in Plymouth or somewhere else nearby, I'd certaily explore.
