If i can leave no stars I would , let me start out with the vehicles they sell at this dealership look good from the outside inside but the motors are bad second case of a vehicle that I bought from here w the vehicles they sell at this dealership look good from the outside inside but the motors are bad second case of a vehicle that I bought from here where the vehicle has issues one vehicle a transmission, second vehicle belonging to my son the motor goes out after only having it for 6 months he maintenance every time it needed. But here’s the kicker one of the saleman after i trusted him we have friendship from high school, advised me to get a warranty knowing the company wasn’t gonna fix it because the incident happened and they told Me to get a warranty. So my son waited another 2 months and a half with no car now i have Sullivan Motors calling to pick it up their service lot. Because Dan no longer works there told me to leave it there till i find a motor so they can fix so Dan doesn’t work there anymore whoever is in charge wants the car out of there because they cant make money of fixing it .This is the last time i buy a vehicle from them and please dont buy from them. More

They have a lot of great inventory so the lot is tight. The Mesa location has been open for a long time and the building is showing it some. The mechanics took longer than expected to complete the repairs; HOWEVER, the end results are amazing. We couldn’t be more happy! They are thieves! I bought a 2014 jeep wrangler from them and within a week the rear end locked up which also ruined the clutch. I had to go to aamco to get it repaired. When I finally got a hold of Tim in management. He told me that I probably ruined it because I didn't know how to drive a clutch. He wouldn't even take any responsibility for selling a bad vehicle for 32,000 dollars. I had the parts, pictures and explanations of the damage from. Certified jeep mechanic. I just wanted them to pay the bill for the damage caused by them selling a defective auto. This was even after they almost let me leave the lot with what they called a death wobble in the front end.. I also had paid in full for the jeep and it took them 2 more weeks to get it ready for me to pickup. They took the hard top off of my jeep and put it on someone else's, while they had the top off it rained and filled the jeep with water. The list is long. In the end Sullivan motors wouldn't even return my calls, and Tim is a lier and a thief!! More
