My Review of Sunbelt Ford Lincoln Mercury:
My vehicle was taken in for repair during the month of February. Since the initial repair, my vehicle has been back for the same repair four times (March, April, May, and June). Each time I was provided a loaner car but drama has escalated. I have been advised to return the loaner car and my vehicle is not complete. I thoroughly understand that loaner cars are a "courtesy" but to demand it's return before a customer's vehicle is complete is a bit unfair. My service advisor states that the car has been "sold" and must be returned immediately and they do not have another loaner car available. Why punish the consumer?? Is it my fault that the service department has failed to successfully repair my vehicle after four opportunities? Not to mention the fact that I missed a full day of work dealing with my unprofessional service advisor. Today is July 24, 2006. In four more days, my vehicle will have been at their establishment for repair an entire month and they want to talk smack about a loaner car. Better yet, the service manager stated "What if we just pull your truck out without repairing it??? All I have to say is, "It is warranty work and if the service department can withstand the lawsuit that I will file....... go right ahead!
Sincerely,
A very dissatisfied customer!!
