My Review of Sunflower Mazda:
They broke my windshield while I took my Mazda 6 in for repair, after that water leaked in to my car and it was so smelly, wiper was not install right even my grandmom can fix the wiper better than them. I left bad feed back for them when Tsuminia Mazda servey called me and guess what???? The whole dealership knew about that and the service advisor Don even told his manager that " ask him not to buy Mazda" when I was standing beside them? What kind of attitude is that. I was not piss at all when they broke my windshield and I even told the service manager that " It is OK accident happened, don't worry about that " Thanks god they paid for the windshield. but when I ask them about the warranty of my windshield, they can't answer me until I left the negative feed back. I was too nice to let this go, I should file complain to BBB and Mazda Coroperation about this. Just feel bad for those good employee they, cause they are working with some........ Anyway, thanks John and Jason for all your help,.

My Review of Sunflower Mazda:
Service was very good before I buy my car. I paid a bit higher price for my CX 7 cause my car was the only 1 in this region. I am still happy for what I paid. My sale person promised me that he will order the mud flat for us and I just need to pay for the parts and he will give us $50 for the gas. After we bought the car he turn around and told me that he did not promised that and I was mad about that and finally he said, "it is ok, if we promised it, I will do it for you" Sound like my mistake right. Before I hang up the phone, he ask me about the survey form for him and he said " If you give me all perfect review, I will give you a full tank of gas" and he deny what he promised before. Honestly, I am still piss about my sale Pres, end up, the dealer sent me my mud flat and I did it all by my own. Also, I still have the survey form with me and I really don't care about that $50, just hate people did not keep their promised. Personally, I knew another sale person who were very helpful but can't recall his name, I am sure he will do better than my sale person.
About the service department, as I experience before, Jason and his service manager were good to me, if you need help, better talk to Jason or John before you ask for the other one.

My Review of Sunflower Mazda:
We loved our experience at Sunflower Mazda. Rick was very patient and nice. He helped us find the perfect fit for our family. Everyone was helpful and nice. We had a quick in and out experience with finance, which was great! I would recommned this dealer and sales person to EVERYONE! We did not have a lot of money to spend and we do not have perfect credit, and they still treated us like we were their number 1 customer. If you are looking for a good car buying experience then I would recommend you go here.

My Review of Sunflower Mazda:
As I look at some of the comments that others put I find it quite funny. You are the first to "sling mud" when things don't go just as you planned. Let me guess, you wanted to buy the car at invoice or below have it cleaned in 5-10 minutes have the finance come to your house to do the paperwork and have the dealership make no profit. I am correct? Keep in mind these people are there to make a living and feed their families too. I bet for every one of you that is not completely satisfied with your deal there are at least 10 people that were. What would have made you happy? I paid a fair price for my car, got in and out in 2 hours and was more than happy with everything. Some people just can't be pleased and it sound like the majority of them go to web sites and wine about it...

My Review of Sunflower Mazda:
This dealership pretty much reaffirms the notion that the more cash you can spend, you the better service you will receive. People I have come across who have bought RX8&#8217;s and loaded Mazda6 sport sedans have talked about how great the service was and offering kudos for this dealership. <br><br>I bought a Mazda3 sport sedan &#8211; and I haven&#8217;t even received a phone call or letter from them asking me how my purchase was. Additionally, I have not been able to raise anyone at Sunflower Mazda regarding the questions and concerns that I actually have. Instead, I must contact MazdaUSA for information and help. I must have called 4 or 5 times and left messages &#8211; never to hear a reply.<br><br>The transaction itself was very good &#8211; the sale was quick and without any strange occurrences. Financing and &#8220;add-ons&#8221; interaction was fine. It&#8217;s the post-purchase dealings that I am most disappointed with regarding Sunflower Mazda. If you&#8217;re ready to throw down for an RX8 &#8211; by all means, go to Sunflower Mazda; but don&#8217;t expect stellar treatment if your cash flow isn&#8217;t ready to buy a $25,000+ car.<br>
