My Review of Sunnyside Toyota Scion:
This is the second Camry we have purchased from Al Phillips. It was a great experience with no pressure and no games played with any add ons. I would highly recommend Sunnyside Toyota and Al Phillips to anyone thinking about buying a new Toyota. The 2012 Camry is a wonderful smooth and economical car. The new interior is far nicer then the last generation Camry and two years free maintenance is also a plus. It also helps to know that the service department is as professional as the sales department.j

My Review of Sunnyside Toyota Scion:
We currently are Avalon owners, the auto sells itself, but the salesperson and dealership "seals the deal".
The fresh look of the dealership and the excellent salesperson, (Scott Glass)
makes the difference. We were happy to have met Scott and have him explain the auto to us, in friendly terms. As we sum it up, Scott was the spokeperson for the entire Toyota company, and for us he did a wonderful job. Buying an auto is a huge purchase and can be painful, upon the delivery of the auto, we all were laughing, smiling and shaking hands, just like "friends". That's the feeling someone should receive after making a purchase, not just another customer.

Launch your ride from Sunnyside. I contacted Sunnyside internet sales, as well as several other dealerships, and Sunnyside's first offer was the lowest, it included details of a several options, and the dealership promptly responded to all my questions. I dropped in without calling, and Jennifer was friendly, sincere, and professional. Financing was again warm and professional. Overall, it was the easiest car (Sienna) purchase, and I have already recommended Sunnyside to others that are actively shopping for a new car.

I would recommend Sunnyside Toyota to anyone looking for honesty in their new or used car search. Dominic and Roger provided a high-level of warm, friendly and knowledgeable customer service. On my initial visit to the dealership, I was given honest and fair pricing and financing information and knew what I would be paying, to the penny, prior to my departure. Every person that I met and spoke with on the phone at Sunnyside was genuinely kind and helpful. The longevity of the staff at Sunnyside speaks volumes about what a great organization it is - not only for consumers, but for employees as well. I would highly recommend Sunnyside Toyota to my family and friends and anticipate using Sunnyside Toyota for future automobile purchases.

All I can say about my used car purchase is (bate and switch), I was lied to about the condition of the brake pads, would not even pass PA inspection when I brought the car home!!!!!! I was also lied to about the car being involved in a accident!!!!! I took the car to Bobby Rahal Volvo here in PA to look over the car, They stated that the drivers door was not (hung) properly therfor the door was not closing properly, and it was repainted!!!!! (sounds like a accident to me!!!!) I talk to the my sales man boss to get the money back that I had to pay for the brake pads and the drivers door to be repaired , all he would do is say he was sorry!!!! Sorry does not keep good customers,I will never buy another car from these people again.Most of us teech our children to be up front and honest with others,its a shame that we as adults do not practice what we teech.

My Review of Sunnyside Toyota Scion:
I drove to Sunnyside to get my first oil change this morning and Mr. Jim Hager greeted me as I pulled in and treated me like gold. My service team leader, Scott Straka made more than 100% sure that the car's needs were taken care of. The service had a bonus when Mr. Straka informed me that the vehicle had been washed as well. That has never happened to any Ford dealership I used to take my cars to. Afterwards, I called Customer Relations Manager Ms. Kendall Frye to give my compliments. She signed me up for Sunnyside's Reward's Program.

To all involved, I am very grateful and look forward to my next service appointment at your dealership. Thank you once again.

My Review of Sunnyside Toyota Scion:
This is the second vehicle purchased at Sunnyside. Both times, Ron Swetland was our sales professional. We used the word professional because that is what Ron is, PROFESSIONAL!! The first word that comes to mind when rating our experience at Sunnyside Toyota is WONDERFUL!!! Ron went far beyond what other sales people do. He was patient and willing to help us in any way that he could. Not only did we get a great deal on a used vehicle, but he also helped in getting us the best rate on financing.

Sunnyside's finance department was also a GREAT experience. We dealt with Ken Proctor who took the time and explained every step to us. He was a very kind man.

We would recommend Sunnyside Toyota to anyone who wants to be treated with dignity, repect and doesn't want to be taken advantage of. Ask for Ron Swetland if you really want to see what a true sales professional is.

Mandy followed up from the Auto Show -no pressure. With scheduled appointments I never had to wait. We went thru the car and Mandy pointed out all the available options. I walked out with a detailed quote on paper. Mandy located the model and color I wanted. When I picked it up she went thru the operation and options again. I was also taken thru the service center. Mandy did a follow up about a week later. I found Mandy to be professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I love my Red RAV4!
