My Review of Sunnyvale Mazda:
I have submitted an internet price request to Sunnyvale Mazda and was given clear and prompt response with the price that I have found fair and reasonable, moreover I was told that vehicle that I was interested in including option packages and color is in stock and ready for immediate delivery. Additionally I have asked for extra confirmation as I had to drive from San Francisco in order to take a delivery and wanted to be absolutely sure that color and packages match my requirements, likewise the confirmation was given.

Upon arriving to Sunnyvale Mazda I have discovered that vehicle that I have been promised actually is not in stock and been offered an alternative vehicle similarly equipped but in the color I had no initial intension to buy. Starting from this point Kannan Singh – Sunnyvale Mazda sales manager initiated the game that had lasted from 1 p.m. till 7 p.m. To be fair, internet given price quote was honored and that was not an issue, however I was declined a test drive and even an inspection of the vehicle that I was intending to buy, as a matter of fact they have requested that I sign all the purchase paperwork prior to bringing vehicle from their so called storage facility, motivating it that their current lot can’t accommodate all their inventory and they refuse to move the truck from their additional lot without being absolutely sure that customer intends to buy the vehicle.

The question is how possibly I can pay for something that I have not seen and test driven, furthermore this is very unique and rather disappointing way of doing business. Kannan Singh was very persistent and made it absolutely clear that he won’t send people to deliver the truck from their so called another lot that is located as he stated 30 miles away unless I signed the paperwork and finalize the purchase. Being emotionally and physically distressed and exhausted I decided to proceed with the purchase of the vehicle. After completing the paperwork Kannan Singh had advised me that it will take approximately 2 hours to deliver the truck from their “spare parking lot”. After I called 2 hours later to inquire about delivery I was told that vehicle is on its way and should arrive shortly.

I was shocked when I have arrived 2.5 hours later and witnessed sales people being busy taking off “Fremont Mazda” dealer license plates and peeling off MSRP sticker that clearly stated that truck was initially sold to Fremont Mazda.
I have no problems with dealers communicating and transferring their inventory within their network , however what I do have problem with is Kannan Singh openly lying into my face saying that they simply need to move the vehicle from their additional storage facility, keeping me waiting for 5 hours and requesting sales process to be completed without letting me inspect and get a feel for the car I am intending to purchase.
I will never again buy another vehicle from Sunnyvale Mazda, moreover I will try to prevent as many people as I can from repeating my mistake and buying vehicles from these dishonest salespeople, what is more, this incident had severely damaged my perception of Mazda reputation as a company that does not pay enough attention to how sales of their vehicles being handled and may totally avert myself from buying another Mazda ever again.
My Review of Sunnyvale Mazda:
There was this one sales rep, forgot his name, but he was a young asian guy.

Gave me a test drive and took his time to explain why the car might be a better choice and he told me to go ahead and take my time and think about it. AWESOME!

I just didn't like the car.. other wise, I would've made sure the guy got commission.
