My Review of Sunrise Motors:
OVER AND OVER MY 2003 MERCEDES E320 IS BROUGHT BACK IN FOR SERVICE AND THE REPAIR IS BOTCHED OR MISDIAGNOSED. NUMEROUS ELECTRICAL PROLEMS THAT THEY JUST KEPT CHANGING BULBS UNTIL THEY FINALLY STUMBLED UPON THE PROBLEM AFTER 4 OR 5 ATTEMPTS. BROKEN LEFT STRUT FIXED. RIGHT STRUT BROKE A COUPLE OF MONTHS LATER. MOONROOF REPAIR STILL POOR AND I NEED TO TUG ON THE ROOF AS IT KEEPS STICKING WHEN I TRY TO CLOSE IT. TWO TIMES BACK FOR A SEVERE SQUEAK COMING FROM THE WHEEL WELL AREA. THEY "OILED" THE DASH THE FIRST TIME....GUESS WHAT ...DIDN'T GET FIXED. NOW THEY CHANGED THE BALL JOINT ASSEMBLIES...GUESS WHAT...STILL SQUEAKS LIKE HELL. CANNOT GET A CALL BACK FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE. NOBODY EVER TAKES A PHONE CALL EXCEPT THE DESK PERSON WHO DOES AN ADMIRABLE JOB WITH WHAT SHE HAS TO WORK WITH. AT LEAST SHE TRIES. SHE CAN ONLY TAKE MESSAGES SINCE PEOPLE WILL NOT PICK UP A PHONE EVEN WHEN THEY ARE SITTING AT THEIR DESKS. <br>NOW THEY TELL ME 65000 MILES IS AN "AWFUL LOT OF MILES" AND I SHOULD EXPECT PROBLEMS.<br>THE PROBLEM IS THAT THE DEFECTS AND THE PROBLEMS AND THE POOR SERVICE AT SUNRISE STARTED THE FIRST TIME I VISITED THEM AND THINGS ARE NOT GETTING BETTER.<br>WORST CAR EXPERIENCE (2003 MERCEDES E320) AND WORST DEALERSHIP I HAVE EVER RUN INTO IN 30 YEARS OF BUYING A NEW CAR EVERY 3 YEARS. (AUDI QUATTRO, 2 CORVETTES, DODGE STEALTH, MITSUBISHI 3000GT, NISSAN 340Z, ETC)<br>11 MONTHS TO GO ON THE LEASE BUT WHOSE COUNTING

I have had nothing but good experiences with Sunrise Motors! The service department is great and they are only a week away for a appointment, where other dealers are 3 weeks or more. I cant believe that you people think that you know more than they do and are patting yourselves on the back for that. I find it quite funny. I know the staff for a long time and some of them have 15+ years on the job. If you want to complain to somone call MB they built the car and they tell the mechanics how to resolve certian problems. So your just bashing the people that are tring to help you! I have had the audio problem that you are all probably refering to. It will be resolved one day.<br>PS They need better Breakfast Food in the morning, pancakes maybe.<br>Just my $.02<br>Mr Cohen<br>03 SL55<br>02 S500

My Review of Sunrise Motors:
Very poor experience. Mercedes needs to do some quality control before allowing dealerships to open. I think they would do very well with a Yugo dealership but they are not ready to deal with customers who have high expectations. The saddest piece is that the customers know more about the automobiles than does this dealership. <br><br>Sadly we elected to buy from the closest dealer --- a mistake that our family will not repeat. All in all a bad experience for a $56,000 purchase. <br>

My Review of Sunrise Motors:
The whole experience with Sunrise is unpleasant and difficult. This is my 7th Benz and I have never experienced the depth of poor service and attention to detail. <br><br>I had a problem which required the involvement of corporate MB and their attitude was tough you take care of it. This despite the fact they agreed with me on the issue.<br><br>The service people have NO idea how to service the electronics on the car and be prepared for repeated visits to fix the same problem.<br><br>They may be a few dollars cheaper but you will pay for the few dollars MANY times over.<br><br>You may in fact save a FEW dollars but you will pay for that many times over in time. To make things worse they are not even nice in their delivery of shoddy work and sales support.<br>

We went to Sunrise Motors of Massapequa. They agreed to give us a test drive when we asked, but the sales man was very pushy. He wanted to sell us a C-240 even though I wanted a C-230. He even wanted us to test drive a C-240 before we test drive the C-230. He was also pushing the 2003’s instead of the 2004’s. The best price they offered us was $31,600. So we agreed to sign a deal as soon as I contact my insurance company with the vin# to get a quote. So I left $500 deposit on it and went home. <br>As soon as I got home I was contacted by another dealer with better offer.<br><br>So, I went with the best offer, called Mercedes-Benz of Huntington to see if they can do better, I was told NO WAY, so I asked for a refund. I was told since I took my time to shop around they will take their time to refund my money. I could have made a big stink about it, but the fact is I got a great deal and they lost a future customer if not customers. <br><br>It's been 19 days now with no refund. Buyers be aware of this unfriendly dealer. Don't give them your hard earned money. Shop around and avoid them at all costes.

My Review of Sunrise Motors:
A word of caution -- This dealership has problems on the sales and service sides of the house. On the sales side they provided inaccurate information which resulted in an incorrect order. The problem wa snot resolved by them but by corporate Mercedes.<br><br>On the service side.. They have a clear lack of information about the cars. I have had two delivered in 8 months and they were unaware of well documented issues with the 2003 E Class and I had to teach them what they should have known. I have never had this poor level of service at a benz dealership. Buyer beware you may be back a few times for the same issue.

My Review of Sunrise Motors:
I used this dealer to have a repair done. Well actually, I WANTED to have a repair done, and they failed to do so. It was a 2003 model that I had recently purchased new. I told them it was an intermittent problem that happend about 5 mornings out of the week. They said "No problem we will keep it as long as we have to until we find it and it is fixed". They called me the NEXT morning, said there was no problem and I could come get my car. I patiently explained again it was intermittent and it fell on deaf ears, very unsympathetic and I bascially felt like they were saying "Oh well, there's nothing we can do". Needless to say the problem has gotten worse and I am not happy. I am paying for a Mercedes for Mercedes quality and service. I am extremely dissapointed with them. I suppose I would recommend this dealer to BUY from seeing that the sales people I spoke to while waiting for my car were very nice, but I would not recommend having your service done there.

My mother-in-law was in the market for a pre-owned 2001 C320. Roberto found an excellent, low miles(4,000) C320 for her. He was extremely friendly and knowledgable. You can tell he loves selling Mercedes. The car is a pleasure to drive. It has every creature comfort imagineable, and the price was more than reasonable!<br> Ask for Roberto if you come in to this dealership.
