This is the 3rd vehicle I have purchased from Sunrise Toyota and I can not say enough good things about my experience. The Salesman Jason was very professional and personable. The sales managers Jim and Dennis were great. They explained my options clearly with no high pressure tactics. I returned a Rav 4 lease and wanted to get into a bigger vehicle so we went with the Highlander. My wife and kids love it! The 3rd seat will come in handy when the whole family is together. From start to finish the sales process was great. I'm in finance myself and was impressed with how quick and smooth the process was. I would be happy to recommend any family or friends to Sunrise Toyota. Thanks again for the great service!

I had the great pleasure of working with Steve Ceittei when I leased my new Prius a few weeks ago. I never met a car salesman who went so far above and beyond what should be required of them to do for a customer. He has helped me with setting up my new vechicle as far as bluetooth, Sirius radio and anything else that I needed help with. If car dealerships had more salesmen like Steve, I think they would sell a lot more cars and have really happy customers. He told me to call him whenever I have a problem, and I WILL!!!

My husband and I have purchased a total of 3 vehicles from Sunrise Toyota. Most recently, Stephen Ciattei helped me with a 2013 Prius Plug- In. His knowledge and friendly, caring attitude helped guide me in my decision. Cathy Tufariello completed my positive experience. Not only was she very knowledgable and patient but she was very personable too. These two employees definitely left a positive imprint on my memory. Sunrise Toyota is by far the best Toyota Dealer on Long Island. Their staff is highly knowledgeable, friendly, accommodating, and by far professional. They are far better than Atlantic Toyota who are only sharks wanted to exhaust you and rob you of your hard earned money. Sunrise Toyota actually listens to you and makes you feel comfortable and most of all have tremendous respect for the customer. The staff is fantastic, I would recommend them to anyone on Long Island who wants a Toyota, they are the best!! No Bull

We have now purchased 5 vehicles from Sunrise Toyota. We travel many miles from East Northport and bypass many other Toyota dealers to go to Sunrise because Bruce Rabin is outstanding. Rob Lamonica and Cathy Tufariello are great and a pleasure to work wiith and very attentive. I would strongly recommend to anyone to visit Sunrise Toyota due to the amount of inventory, the competitive nature of their pricing approach and the way they treat customers. Linda and the Service Department are a pleasure to work with and are very helpful. Bruce is a great listener. At Sunrise they are not confrontational and pushy - they work with you as a customer so you feel good about the car buying experience. This customer responsive attitude starts with Bruce and permeates throughout the organization.

Russ was very professional and courteous. He sat with me and was able to find the best financing possible that would work for me. He was very down to earth and easy to talk to. He just seems like a real nice guy. Toyota should be proud to have someone like him working for them.

I was greeting by a great smile from Mike. He was very helpful on finding the right car i wanted. He thoroughly explained all the options that were available in the Toyota rav 4. When i picked up my car he went over the whole vehicle to make sure i understood everything. He is very friendly and very helpful.
