My Review of Suntrup Pontiac:
My experience began mid- morning on the internet, progressed to a phone conversation with Linda, Suntrop's Internet Sales Manager, by late morning, and by early after noon, she had me test driving the exact vehicle I had been searching for "in person" for weeks. She had taken all my financial info over the phone prior to my arriving at the dealership, so by the time I was done test driving a Grand Prix GTP, Scott in the F & I dept was prepared to talk SERIOUS business. They gave me tangible numbers, everything was black -n- white, with absolutely no gray matter! I drove my new car home by early evening. Not only did they give me the best price on the new vehicle, they also gave me the highest trade-in allowance, and the lowest financing. No other dealership in all of St. Louis could slightly touch their offer or their service. Not only have I recommended Linda and Scott to friends, relatives and my clients, I even sent Linda flowers today, letting her know that she is "SIMPLY THE BEST"! I've purchase many new cars throughout the past 20 years, and I've NEVER felt this way.
