My Review of Suntrup Volvo O'Fallon:
We had been searching for a car for our granddaughter. We had been to many dealerships but none treated us a well as Suntrup Volvo. All employees of this dealership were friendly, informative and a pleasure to deal with when buying the used car for our granddaughter. We were greeted by the sales consultant and treated like we were very special from the moment we walked into the dealership. This special treatment didn't stop when we bought the car. When we brought our granddaughter to pick up the car, not only was it clean and spotless but they had placed balloons in the car for her. They took her picture when she saw the car, went over all the car information with her, made sure she knew how to work everything and even rode around the car lot with her to make sure she was comfortable with the car. My husband and I will be back to buy our next car from Suntrup Volve, we have never been treated so well. They also called her the next day to make sure she was still satisfied. Can't say enough good things about this group.

My Review of Suntrup Volvo O'Fallon:
This dealer exhibits the definition of "ignorant." The salesman, Robert, has obviously zero sales training. Where does a car salesman get the trait arrogant? I don't know but he has it. The dealership is nice & new, but as soon as you walk in you get the feeling of "burned out salesmen." They show no interest in you or getting a deal done. I would rate my experience a zero on a 1-10 scale. Pathetic, the management should be ashamed of themselves.
