I have bought cars at many dealerships but this was Zack’s first car buying experience for his first car. Your facility contacted me and said that I was approved for a car and scheduled an appointment. I never would have even attempted to visit your facility because I knew the status of my credit. I was leery about trying to buy a car but was reassured it was no problem. When Zack and I came in you were very helpful and I’m sure you wanted to give up on us many times through the day. The only reason I stayed was because I was told we would get a car. After spending 7 to 8 hours there you took us to see a car that needed a new transmission which was fine because you said it would be fixed. Zack spent the entire week texting you and you kept giving him bullsh*t updates knowing he was expecting a car on Monday. Well today I called and you sent me to a manager that told me we now needed a co-signer for my sister. I said no. He said I will call you back. 5:30 rolls around no call. I tried calling your facility on three different lines with no answer. That’s when I knew there was a major problem. When Zack and I walked in we weren’t greeted with enthusiasm but ignored instead. When you and your manager sat down and I told you I was not happy you both got up and left. He walked to a different customer. I waited again. Mr Flores sits down and says he can’t sell us the car because the transmission is bad. Have you realized the amount of lies that have been used by your colleagues and yourself so far? He says we can find you another car. Cmon. How stupid do you think I am? I said no and asked for our money back. I didn’t yell. I didn’t cause a scene because you have to live with fact that this was a 16 year old first car buying experience AND supposed to be his first car that he had planned on driving this week based on your responses. You can never change that experience for him. You have let down a teenager. Would you have done that to your Aunt or your parents that you had buying cars from you? I bet you didn’t. Now even though I did not cause a scene you can bet I will post reviews on every place I can find that posts reviews about car dealerships. I will also tell them everything that was told to Zack and how you felt it was good business to screw over a 16 year old teenager buying his first car. I hope you sleep good at night knowing that this is the first of many people you will try to take advantage of just so you can get a paycheck and your dealership can “make” a sale. More
I am a single mom and I have had my car since August of 2023, and it is the end of January, and I got a ticket couple days before Thanksgiving for having expired tags. I took my title work to them, and they told me to go to Eddy's to get it fixed. So, I went there and took it to them and they told me it shouldn't take long. It is now almost February and I have yet to get it back yet. I call every day to see if it is here and they keep telling me they don't know when it will be here. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BUYING A VEHICLES AT ALL FROM THEM!!!! They SCREW people over. Do NOT shop here alone if you're a woman that doesn't know anything about vehicles. More

Car ended up being several thousand over what we said we wanted to spend. But bought anyways thinking ok I’m trying to be cheap but cheaper not always dependable. Have had the car since just over 6 months. Been in the shop 3 times with a run around each time. First time they Jerry rigged the brakes and said see if that holds if not we’ll order the part. Then the flywheel was bad but didn’t get to that until after they told me first the alternator, then the starter, now the flywheel. Always say they are out of loaners. And then had the audacity to offer me a loaner with no heat in the dead of winter after they’ve had my car for a week. Hands down worst car buying experience, maintenance support ever had and horrible customer service. Absolutely frustrated with this place. More
My grandson and I went to this dealership after they called and said we were approved for a car. We sat there for 7 hours why they tried to find a car for him. My grandson called the salesman Jonathan every day and he was told that it was still in the shop. Finally on Saturday I called and was told now I needed a co-signer and I said no. The manager said he would call me right back. 5:30 rolls around and no call. I try to call the dealership no answer on three different lines. I said we are going for a ride. We get to the dealership and after several people not being able to talk to me I finally get the finance manager. He tells me they cannot sell a car with a bad transmission. I told him my grandson had called all week and was told otherwise. He said we can give you another car and started going into a line of bullsh*t and I said stop. Just give me our money back. I said but I want you to know this was his first car buying experience and was supposed to be his first car. You can’t change that. Think twice before you go here. More
Bought a land rover from them. Waited there forever before we finally got paperwork done. Was kind of treated impersonal. Long stiry short. Got it home. About 3 months later, we have to sink $6000 into it, to replace almost the entire coolant system, at a land rover dealership. Now, the entire top of the windshield is leaking. Will never go back to them for another vehicle. More
I purchased a vehicle from super car guys that required some body work before we could take it home. We were told it needed a couple of days and nearly three weeks later we still do not have the vehicle in some body work before we could take it home. We were told it needed a couple of days and nearly three weeks later we still do not have the vehicle in our possession. They’re great when they’re trying to sell you a vehicle but once they have your money their customer care is complete trash. Every time we call about it, we get a runaround. “Oh it’ll be done tomorrow.” Well we’ve had about 12 tomorrows in business days and we still don’t have the vehicle. Go somewhere else. More
