My Review of Superior Nissan of Puente Hills:
sent my Nissan Quest to check A/C problem because it is sometime working and sometime not working.
The garage of Superior Nissan of Puente Hills kept my car for four days and cannot find the problem.?I ended up gave up fixing it because I cannot live without a car for so long.?I went to pick up car and Fred told me it costs 2,280.00 to fix the A/C.?It is way too high when a new part is less than 1,000.00.?They wanted to charge me storage fee for 4 days because the car stayed there for four days.?After negotiation, I paid 180.00 to drive my car out.?Since then, the A/C never works.?My complaints are:
1. They did not tell me that they will charge storage fee if I leave the car in their garage.?Or I will not leave the car there.
2. The attitude of treating their customers is really bad.
3. They are not responsible of their work.?They cannot find and tell you the cause of the problem and just try to charge a high price from customers.
4. The price is not reasonable.
5. I feel helpless and anger but do not know what to fight against a big company with many workers.
