My Review of Superior Nissan of Puente Hills:
I am a single mother of 4 and I was in need of a vehicle at the time. I ended up being sucked into paying $20.000 for a used car worth $9.000. They are a bunch of thieves. The engine is giving up on me already and they are teeling me to bring it back to have it "diagnosed" by them...do YOu think I trust them?? HELL NAH!!! I would not recomend this dealer to anyone. Even the sales manager assured me that I was geting a good deal....for them, maybe. I was told that with the money they took and are taking from me, they own a small island somewhere...Stay away from this dealer.

My Review of Superior Nissan of Puente Hills:
sent my Nissan Quest to check A/C problem because it is sometime working and sometime not working.

The garage of Superior Nissan of Puente Hills kept my car for four days and cannot find the problem.?I ended up gave up fixing it because I cannot live without a car for so long.?I went to pick up car and Fred told me it costs 2,280.00 to fix the A/C.?It is way too high when a new part is less than 1,000.00.?They wanted to charge me storage fee for 4 days because the car stayed there for four days.?After negotiation, I paid 180.00 to drive my car out.?Since then, the A/C never works.?My complaints are:

1. They did not tell me that they will charge storage fee if I leave the car in their garage.?Or I will not leave the car there.

2. The attitude of treating their customers is really bad.

3. They are not responsible of their work.?They cannot find and tell you the cause of the problem and just try to charge a high price from customers.

4. The price is not reasonable.

5. I feel helpless and anger but do not know what to fight against a big company with many workers.

My Review of Superior Nissan of Puente Hills:
This dealership is terrible!! I have many complaints about this dealership. When I first came in, they set me up with a sales person that could not communicate well with me. Although she was nice, there was a little language barrier. She did not know anything about the vehicle. Then she calls another sales person claiming to be a manager of finance. This person insulted me with psychological reasons why someone would not purchase the car implying I was scared. When she got fed up with me, another manager came in. When I kept saying I will think about it, he became more persistent and pushy. Then he promised me a special deal that will only take effect that same day (which was a BS). Being naïve at the time, I agreed because there was no down payment and a lower monthly on a lease (3 weeks later, I saw an Ad for $300 monthly opposed to $500+). I then waited to talk to the real finance personnel that did not explain much in detail. When I mentioned I wanted to purchase the car instead of a lease, he said it was like $700 a month and $10,000 down. That was ridiculous for a $27,000 car. I ended up leasing the car anyways. I later then found out they have added a $2000 service maintenance warrantee without my notice (another BS). That took me 3 week and two visits to get resolved. I even had to call customer relations (which did not do any help).The whole time I dealt with the dealership, they lied all the way through. I had a hard time differentiating between the truth and the lies the whole time. You cannot trust this dealer. I spent five hours the day I got the car at the dealership. You’ve been warned!

My Review of Superior Nissan of Puente Hills:
No one in this service department knows anything. They are all young kids who only know how to replace parts not properly diagnose a problem. I took my truck there following being stolen, they charged $450.00 to check it out and they said it was fine. Two weeks later I took it to someone else because of the problems Superior was supposed to check. It was totalled by the insurance company. It had a bent frame, bent upper and lower left control arms, bent wheel and the engine knocked from being over revved. Don't Buy A CAr There or Take Your Car There For Service!<br>
