My Review of Superior Volvo:
Our overall experience was very good. The only reason I didn't give a "5" on the customer service was because we were there at the end of the day and we felt that everyone was trying to rush us through the process. We were told we could meet with finance and then at the last minute were told we had to wait until the next day. The only other thing that I wasn't pleased about was that no one gave us an overall "lesson" with our new car. I can read a manual, but there was a lot to get used to in the new vehicle. Our salesperson was off the day we officially took the car, but I would have thought there would have been a backup plan. This is more of a management issue with scheduling than a reflection on the person that sold us the car. There was a very nice salesman that help us understand the XM set up, I'm sorry I cannot remember his name. He was very helpful.

I would buy another car from Superior Volvo and recommend family/friends to also buy a Volvo from them. Stan was an excellent salesman and made us feel very comfortable from the minute we met him. He didn't pressure us, but he made us also understand the sense of urgency since it was a clearance car. He is very knowledgable about Volvo. We had visited another dealership earlier that day and didn't even get a "hello" from them. Stan was very nice, professional and easy to talk with.

My Review of Superior Volvo:
I was treated respectfully and as an intelligent consumer. Dan was great; he listened to my needs, didn't try to pressure me into more than I wanted, and maintained reasonable contact without being overbearing. In fact, if you are looking for a low key sales person, Dan is the person to talk to.

Shannon was equally impressive. She knows her job, was able to answer questions or research them and get back with me when needed, and was totally organized. Because of her abilities, the paperwork aspect of the sale was efficient and quick.

It was a pleasure doing business with Dan and Shannon.

My Review of Superior Volvo:
Would recommend this dealer and every employee that I have dealt with through the purchase of my cool new C30, and the follow-up service that I have had completed. Jared was a great sales person and very kind. I really appreciated him taking extra time to show us all of the features on our new car before we drove it off the lot. The Sales Manager, Robert, remembered my husband and I from coming in the dealership a few years prior looking at an S40. Also, both Nick and Dave in the service department are exceptional. I brought the car in a few weeks after I purchased it because I got a nail in my tire, and they were very speedy and nice about it. I recommend this dealership and the employees who have helped us without any hesitation.

My car buying experience at Superior Volvo was exceptionally pleasing! The staff was professional, knowledgeable, and most importantly did not pressure me. The entire staff, Robert, Silas, April, Debbie, and Ty were wonderful. This is the first car dealer review I have written because it was really a great experience. I would highly recommend Superior Volvo to someone who is looking for a new or used car. This is a great dealership, you won't be disappointed!

My Review of Superior Volvo:
Early in 2011 my wife totalled our 04 XC70. Thank goodness she was driving a Volvo. I found a used 06 V70 on Superior Volvo website. Very clean, certified and priced to move. The used car sales manager was great to work with and it was an effortless transaction. In late summer of 2011, while enjoying our V70, I was really missing my XC70. When I went back to Superior Volvo to have the V70 serviced, I looked at newer XC models. I drove the 60, 70, and 90. I found the perfect XC70. My salesman was great to work with and the whole purchase experience was so smooth. Everyone involved was professional and I would recommend Superior Volvo to anyone looking for a great and exceptionally safe vehicle.
I had used the service department in the past. I live 3 hrs away and whenever I was in town and needed service, the service department went out of their way to get me in and out in a timely manner.
I feel good about giving the Service Dept, the Parts Dept and the Sale Team an exceptional rating. You can feel good too. Give Superior a try.
