My Review of Surroz BMW:
Went to Surroz for warranty service on my BMW. Certain staff were unreceptive,uncooperative and unresponsive to customer concerns and issues. General Manager promotes an organizational culture of self serving money hungry dealership. They know they have a monopoly on the area just because it is the only dealer in proximity. They are expensive, the dealership is ugly and run downed, certain staff are unprofessional and management tolerates bad service. Buy somewhere else where price is reasonable, the service is better and the building is new and not dilapidated. Do not buy or service your car at Surroz BMW

My Review of Surroz BMW:
I can't say how pleased I am with this dealership. Everyone was curteous, friendly, and helpful. They even went out of their way to answer an obscure question I had regarding the stereo -- providing printouts. No other dealer I could find was willing to answer my question for less than $100. Surroz BMW not only took the time to research and answer, they provided the official documentation I'd been told didn't exist and refused to charge me or even accept a tip.

Though the dealer is primarily Daimler/Chrysler products, their BMW service is second to none, and they make me wish I lived about 300 miles closer to them. They're fantastic.
