My Review of Suss Pontiac GMC:
Run; don't walk away from these guys!!!! <br>I went in with a supplier discount to buy a 2004 Sierra and had a horrible experience. The discount was great, only because GM makes them give it to GM suppliers. The problem came when we started to discuss my trade and that's where the supplier discount went right down the drain. They offered me $7K less than trade-in value on a vehicle with only 30k miles on it, which wipes out the discount plus GM rebate. I can only imagine what they are doing to the general public who doesn't get this type of discount. By the way, did I say run, don't walk from these guys<br>

My Review of Suss Pontiac GMC:
I took my car in for Warranty-covered work. The service rep was friendly when I dropped off my car on Friday evening. When Monday afternoon came and I had no phone call, I proceeded to call to check on the status of the work. The rep told me she would check on it and call me back. 1 1/2 hours later with no call, I called again. She said they would look at it on Tuesday and get back to me. When I didn't get a call again by Tuesday afternoon, I called to check on the status of the work and was told they would have to get parts and it should be done Wednesday. Wednesday evening I was told they would have to overnight the part and it should be done Thursday. My car was there and sat until Wednesday before being looked at. Ridiculous.
