My Review of Suzuki Auto Plex:
Dealership had several models listed on autotrader.com that were no longer in stock. Salesman enticed us to drive a distance to get there with promise of a large selection. He was advised in advance of what we were shopping for.
Dealership made several mistakes on financing documents. Took approx. three weeks to get paperwork mailed to us.
Our vehicle was missing floor mats, dealership promised to replace the mats, never followed up! Promised gas vouchers, were supposedly locked in safe, never delivered.
In Summary, THIS DEALERSHIP TELLS YOU WHAT YOU WANT TO HEAR, MAKES PROMISES AND NEVER DELIVERS. AVOID THEIR WEBSITE, AS IT IS NOT ACCURATE.
I WILL NOT EVER RETURN TO THIS DEALERSHIP.
