My Review of Suzuki Of El Cajon:
I traded in an Excursion and got a minivan straight across. The mini van was a lemon and died only 6 months later and had been in the shop over 20 days during this time. There service department could not find the problem and could do nothing to fix it. Suzuki of El Cajon's owner Shawn Haggart only gave us a trade in offer for the mini van. He traded it in for $5500 when the purchase price just 6 months before was over $14,000.00. Then we had to buy from their lot with the agreement he made to sell us a car under Kelly Blue Book price, a couple hundred over cost. Well They Do Not Have ANY PRICES LISTED ON THEIR INVENTORY, so we had no idea the selling prices of the cars we were looking at. Come to find out through the Kelly Blue Book site Suzuki of El Cajon actually charged us over the retail price for the car.

Suzuki of El Cajon - Sells poor quality cars - Does NOT list car prices - Poor sales people that are very pushy - Closing department VERY agressive with add on like alarms and warranty - Service department never fixed problems - Lied to make deal - Dishonest

My Review of Suzuki Of El Cajon:
I drove over a hundred miles to test drive a van this dealership had for sale. I called the dealershio and after speaking with Jim he assured me the van was there and in excellant condition. Long story short,the van was not there and had been sold for 3 days! They wasted my time and my gas! I would never recommmend this dealership because they are not to be trusted.
