Rob and Rose were very friendly and helpful. Rob was very knowlegdeable and explained all deal points, costs and fees thoroughly...particularly for the lay-person. I was reassured about the value i was receiving and made the experience a lot more tolerable.

Provided me with great service and a friendly atmosphere, and thank you also Mark for assisting me with the purchase of my new 2012 Suzuki Grand Vitara, These guys are the best! I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a car whether its new or used. This is my second purchase and I couldn't be happier. They made the process enjoyable and stress free.

Hi, i bought a used honda pilot a couple of months ago and at that time my visit to the dealer was to buy a used cheap car cash, but victor Szczerba did a good job of financing a better car , he hooked me and my wife up with that nice pilot , and he was friendly and patiant with us and made it work, i recomend this dealer and the salesman to anyone, thank you guys ,,, another satisfied customer.

I purchased a Kazashi about 3-4 weeks ago. Joanne was my salesperson and she was absolutely amazing. This is my second cat with this dealer and Seba kept his word as far as getting me into the vehicle of my desire. I would highly recommend this dealer and definitely recommend Joanne to be your salesperson. She was very knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. It was nice to see a fresh, young, honest face.

i've been a customer of Suzuki of Glenview for about 5 years now and i always received satisfactory customer service, but recently i have been going more than usual and have been helped by Michal Marzec. He has gone out of his way to help me with my problems and has made me a very happy customer. i would recommend this branch because they care and have great management. They have set a great standard for customer service there and i appreciate it very much.

My Review of Suzuki of Glenview:
We called into the dealership to negotiate the price on a used van we found online. We agreed on a price and drove down from Wisconsin. When we arrived we found out that they got to that price by dropping the lifetime powertrain warranty from the vehicle. This was never discussed with us, only the price. We then found out that the warranty was only good if you did all of your service at the dealership. Online it listed the vehicle as certified which the type of vehicle we bought, a Chrysler, is usually factory certified. It turned out to be in house certified and the warranty was bogus. They would not do anything for misleading us, not even discount the vehicle an additional $100. Worst experience you could ever have at a dealership. Stay away from them, they are liars.
