My Review of Suzuki of Lakeland:
I would like to take a minute to write about the above and beyond customer service I recieved from Suzuki of Lakeland and Maurice Laws. I went to Suzuki of Lakeland via the commercial on TV. When I pulled in Mr. Laws guided me safely into a parking spot as it was raining heavily. He then covered me with his umbrella and took my daughter and I inside, he seated us and offered both of us refreshments. He inquired about how far we came and other small talk to relax us. He gave us information to look over about the vehicles and took our necessary information. He checked on us often while we waited to hear if I qualified for a car. When it came time to pick a car, he again sheltered us from the rain and showed great patience and interest as I went isle by isle to find a car I liked. I felt it was as important to him as me that I get a vehicle that was comfortable and exactly what I wanted. He also has on three separate times in the past three months called to ask if the car is running good and if I am still pleased with my purchase. It is very rare these days to find such caring courtious customer service that this gentleman provided. I made it a pleasure to do business with Suzuki of Lakeland.

What you see it what you get. Everyone there is very friendly and helpful. I walked in got greeted by Jonathan the Sales Manager. After talking with him for a while, he introduced me to Bruce. Bruce was one of the nicest guys you could ever want to meet. He spent alot of time with me answering all my questions. I must have spent half my day there but it was worth it and Bruce made it go by fast. He even bought me dinner from Wendys. I have credit problems and they told me over the phone that it didn't matter. They treated me with respect. I have been to other dealerships that promise alot but treat me like I don't matter just because I have credit problems. One place even walked me to the door and wouldn't answer any of my questions. I just wanted to know why they couldn't get it done. These guys worked hard to get me a loan when no one else would. I just about made it to the dealership in my car that I got just 2 years earlier from a buy here pay here. I am lucky I made it there. Suzuki of Lakeland got me a brand new Black 2008 Suzuki Forenza. I love it. I saw the crazy commercial on TV and called in. I didn't believe them when they told me to come in but I am glad I did. Suzuki of Lakeland worked hard for me and they made it fun to buy a car.

My Review of Suzuki of Lakeland:
I would like to give a huge thank you and God Bless to Mr. Laws. On the evening of May 3 2008, I walked into Suzuki of Lakeland dealership as a customer to make application for an auto loan. Initially, I wasn't sure if it was my facial expression or just plain great customer service, but Mr. Laws imediatly greeted me into the dealership, inquired about my needs, and began to start the process of finding the perfect vehicle for me. After I expressed my interest in a certain vehicle we sat down to do the credit application. He was a great conversationalisst and really took interest in my goal to find a new vehicle. He appreared very knowledgeable about the application pricess and was very infomative about the available vehicles at the store. I quickly realized that Mr. Laws was just another great part of the Suzuki Dealership. In 2007, my family purchased two brand new vehicles and have been quite happy with both of them. Our first experiences were great and is what prompted me to return to the dealership for a third vehicle. Unfortunatly, my credit application was declined and I had no where else to turn. A week later I called into the dealership to inquire about the possiblility of getting an approval with the help of a Co-Signer and was given erroneous information about a loan approval from my May 3rd visit, but would need a down payment based on my credit score. The information led me to take a 30 minute drive with limited gasoline in my car, with hopes of finally being able to purchase a new vehicle. I arrivedg at 8pm to again be greeted by Mr. Laws who seemed anxious to help me, but advised me that I had not been aproved and would need a Co-Signer and possibly a substantial down payment. Very discouraged, I requested to speak with a finance officer that had previously processed my application. After describing my experiences and expressing how unhappy I was, he politly advised what steps we would need to take to acquire a loan and process again. After about 2 hours of the finance team working to get an approval, I was happy to hear that I could get a new car. Mr. Laws assisted me with the selection of a 2008 Suzuki SX4. After sitting for my loan, I was able to drive the car home.
I am happy to share this experience and look forward to sending more business to Suzuki of Lakeland with hopes of purchasing again.

My husband Seth and I would like to comment to Suzuki of Lakeland dealer how fortunate we were to have such a great sales associate like Mr. Maurice Laws. Maurice was very detailed on the whole explanation of the vehicle we wanted to purchase. Personally for us it has been one of the first times where we felt on purchasing a vehicle that we didn't have to go back and forth having to hussle for the deal to go our way. We talked about Maurice to our family members and got his business cards and have in my office to give to our own clients because the place to go and buy a car definetly is at Suzuki of Lakeland. For a great experience ask for Maurice. With this message my husband and myself would like to express our gratitude to Suzuki for helping us out on our trade and purchase. We couldn't of done it without the personal interest they took in us. It took a little while but they worked hard to get us the payment we needed. We love our Suzuki.

My Review of Suzuki of Lakeland:
While these people are oh so friendly when you're buying a car, they do not return your calls once they have a sale. They did what was similiar to a bait and switch and gave me a car without the features it was supposed to have, yet charged me the price of the car with the features. Long story how it happened but they even admitted that that's what happened and have tried to justify it. Be very careful in dealing with them. Make sure you get the VIN # of the car you test drive and make sure it's the same VIN# on the contract AND the same VIN# on the car you actually drive away. I'm one step away from a lawsuit with them if this is not resolved soon.

My Review of Suzuki of Lakeland:
I do not recommend this dealership to anyone. They lied to me. They told me to return my trade-in back to the bank that I had a balance with. I asked them isn't that a repo and they told me that it was ok and that it is better to buy a brand new car. I found out that this was wrong advice and decided not to do business with them. To me this is not ethical.

My Review of Suzuki of Lakeland:
The circus atmosphere is amusing, and entertaining, but they have lost our contract. The finance company has a different vehicle listed with a higher price and payment than the vehicle we have bought. Today is the last day I have given them to get it straight before I turn the vehicle back to them. We do not have a valid contract in place.
