My Review of Swope Autocenter Corp.:
I recently purchased my fourth new Lexus from Swope. Now, remember I am a repeat customer. When we took delivery of our vehicle (2004 RX 330) there were three dings and a cut in the leather. The salesperson and the sale manager acknowledged these items and they would have them repaired. Well, they have had our vehicle twice and finally repaired the leather the second time by replacing the armrest, however, they only patched it the first time and said that was sufficient. They have tried to repair the dings, but they are just as noticable now than before. They said these are minor items and we will have to live with them. However, they have offered us $500.00 to go towards service or a new car. What makes Swope think I would buy another car from them? I strongly advice any one that a Lexus auto is a great vehicle, but the Swope dealership is not the route to go. After all, I bought three new vehicles from them in the past 5 years and they sure don't act like they want my business, so what makes you think they'll want yours?
