I am so happy with my car buying experience at Szott all made possible by Jennifer!! She knows her products. She was so patient while I decided which Toyota I was going to buy. I left the dealership each time pleased with my visit. I was introduced to the friendliest staff through out the dealership. Now I own an Avalon all thanks to her! I will recommend her & Szott to whomever is considering a new Toyota.

I recently bought a 2013 toyota Rav4 from this dealership and i love it. Amanda my sales associate, was extremely kind and helpful. I really had no idea what i was looking for and had been to numerous dealerships waiting for the right car to pop out at me. She asked all the right questions and basically figured out what i was looking for before i did. Amanda was patient with me and worked very hard to get me the best possible deal. She even introduced me to the service department so i could meet the people who might be servicing my new vehicle in the future. My new car buying experience at Szott Toyota was outstanding. The entire staff, especially Jennifer, Chris and Dave, all treated me like a king. And on top of that Jennifer and Chris negotiated a price with me that I'm very happy with. Once the vehicle purchase was completed Jennifer spent a long time going over the car's features with me. last week (4/5/13) i brought my vehicle in for my scheduled maintainence. i spoke to ANTOINE on the phone to make an appointment. he was so cheerful and even remembered who i was! the next morning, ANTOINE greeted me when the garage door opened to drop off my suv. ~ he made me feel like a VIP ~ (loved that he had a big smile on his face and asked how i had been). he always has a positive energy and attitude, and to me that shows he enjoys his job and conversing with the customers ~ he's a perfect choice to be on the "front line" to represent szott toyota ~ has all the leadership/customer service qualities you could ask for. (personable/efficient/thorough/paitient and professional).

it was an absolute pleasure to deal with ANTOINE. (he actually made a "dreaded trip to the dealership" fun) and i look forward to my next encounter with him :)

Amanda was AMAZING. I originally contacted 3 dealerships. Of the three, two responses were from male salespersons. These two decided I would purchase what was on their respective lots, versus what I actually wanted. When I was fortunate enough to have contacted Amanda, she spent HOURS on the phone with me determining the vehicle I wanted, the model, the color and the accessories. She found the vehicle I could live with in Tennessee, arranged to have it brought to MI and arranged my tradein. It was smooth, seamless and most important, EASY!!!

Well after having a bad experience with a different dealership. I took my parents recommendation and went to see Jennifer Kolp at Szott Toyota/Scion. I have to say from the very start Jennifer did everything I could’ve possibly wanted to make sure I picked the right car with the right financing for me. This included letting me take a demo camry home over night and drive it to work the next day. That one thing made me know without a doubt what car I wanted. I also had Jennifer run me a ton of different financing options with every possible number. This is why my mother would say Jennifer is very special for dealing with someone like me and deserves the highest possible customer service rating. That all being said you can’t go wrong seeing Jennifer Kolp if you’re in the market for a Toyota/Scion. Go see her today!!

I had my first experience buying a new car with Jennifer Kolp at M-59 Szott Toyota and I thought she did an outstanding job from start to finish. She was extremely friendly and helpful in explaining the car features and helping us feel comfortable with the entire process. She also exhibited a very high level of customer service by being attentive when we were at the dealership and always getting back to us when we had a question/concern and needed to leave a voicemail. From the moment we walked into the Szott Toyota Dealership, and were approached by Jennifer Kolp, we were very impressed by how warm and welcoming she made us feel. As we spoke to Jennifer about what we wanted in our chosen vehicle, she meticulously sought out several vehicles for us to view within our price point, explaining their features and functions while answering all of our questions with great care. I just happened to meet Jennifer while I was waiting for an estimate of repairs on my 2006 Camry and we struck up a great conversation. I indicated an interest in seeing the new Camry's; however, at that point I was not thinking about buying one. After going through all the great things about the Camry and knowing my 2006 Camry was the best vehicle I have ever owned, I ended up driving a new 2013 Camry XLE and fell in love with it. This was on a Friday (3/1/13) and by Monday (3/4/13) I drove my new 2013 Camry home and love, love, love it. Thank you so much Jennifer for all of you assistance and knowledge about this vehicle. While I have been thinking for some time that I would like a new vehicle; little did I know I would buy one at this time.
