My Review of TP-TURNPIKE Chevrolet Inc:
My 1999 Chevy Tahoe was taken to Turnpike on a few occasions to get some work completed on it. Two of the times the vehicle came out of the shop in worse condition than it went in. The mechanics have broken two parts on two different occasions attempting to fix other problems. After they broke the parts they called me and told me that the parts were broken and needed repaired and I have to pay for it. I do quite a bit of work on my own truck and these parts were not broken prior to the visits to Turnpike. Their suggestion to me was to not bring my truck there any longer if I don't like their work. I was never compensated for the damaged parts and had to pay $700 to purchase and replace the parts myself. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO TURNPIKE FOR ANY TYPE OF SERVICE.
