This is the second vehicle I have purchased from TSG Auto. My overall experience could not have been better. The salesmen I worked with were extremely helpful without being pushy in the least. They answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable with my decision to purchase. The financing was quick and easy. The whole process, from test drive to leaving with my new car took less than an hour and a half.

I also need to compliment the service department and dealership management. I had a couple of minor concerns about the car I was purchasing, which they said they would fix. While they were doing the minor repairs a larger issue was discovered, which they repaired at no additional cost.

I will be returning to them in a few months to help my son purchase is first car.

Why choose TSG? Because they have great financing available and helped me get to "Yes!" They also stood up for me with the service contract people when my transfer case needed overhauling. My experience at the dealership has been superb. I had really customer service and they were really bending over backwards to do anything to get me in the right car. Charlie was really quick with the paperwork and was extremely informative of what i needed to get done with the paperwork. I would recommend this dealership to anyone that wants a quality car and customer service!

We have recently purchased a Subaru that I have been in hopes of finding for at least 6 months. I first saw the vehicle online and was pleased with the price and condition along with the mileage and decided to see it firsthand. I called and talked to Franklin before making the trip out to Parker and he was very informative and up-front about the car and was able to answer all of my preliminary questions. Upon arriving to the dealership Franklin met us at the door and introduced us to Stevie who took over and helped us out despite our late evening foul weather arrival. At no point did I feel pressured into buying anything or felt like I was being offered something I did not need or want. There was no rush during the entire sales process despite the weather getting worst outside and the guys staying late to finish our sale. Although there was no room to negotiate on the price I felt like it was fit from the start and was happy to pay what I did for the vehicle. A week later I noticed that the fuel gauge was not properly working, an item we overlooked before purchasing the car. I got in contact with Franklin and TSG Auto took care of the problem and fixed the car for me despite the vehicle not having a warranty. I am willing to say that my first dealership experience with TSG and in general has been a great one and I will keep these guys in mind when looking for future vehicles to purchase.

We meet with Dave to look at a 2010 Jeep on the lot. Dave was very knowledgeable and friendly and very up front about the price. He looked at our trade and was again very honest about what it was worth. We test drove the Jeep and was ready to make a deal. We spoke to Dave about how much we were willing to spend including our trade, no hassle no back and forth. He was able to hand shake on the deal. We put down a deposit and picked up our car on Saturday. We got a great deal ,we left there with the feeling that we had a friend in the car business. I have since recommended TSG Auto to at least three people that I know who are car shopping.

My wife and I are both retired and were in need of replacing our 1993 Chevy. I was referred to TSG by a good friend that recently purchased a vehicle there. That said TSG is the only place we went to not wanting to deal with the high pressure tactics of the local dealerships. Upon arrival Mr.Franklin Coleman greeted us, we mentioned that it was our first visit and we had no idea what kind of vehicle we wanted. He gave us a brief overview of the inventory, dealership philosophy and allowed us to walk the entire facility alone. We looked at approximately 80 vehicles of all makes and models.This was fun and nice not having a salesman giving us a sales pitch along the way.
My wife and I found a 2010 Toyota Rav 4 Sport that we really liked. I asked Franklin is we could take it out for a test drive. He made the arrangements and we were allowed to take the vehicle out, again without a salesman in the back seat giving us the sales pitch. During that test drive we decided that this was the vehicle for us. Upon returning, Franklin again greeted us. We asked the price and he showed us the paperwork confirming the price and the warranty of purchasing a used car. We asked many questions and Franklin was very courteous and knowledgable in responding. We completed the loan application and since is was late in the day Franklin advised us that he would work on first thing in the morning. The following morning we received a call from Franklin advising us we were all set with financing. We returned and completed the paperwork. There were a few minor items that we asked Franklin to take care of before we took delivery. We agreed that we would take delivery the following day giving him time to follow through on those minor items. As planned when we arrived the vehicle was completely detailed, oil changed and a full tank of gas. Franklin even installed new floor mats which he felt needed replacement.
So....all that said, by far this was the best car buying experience we ever had. Franklin was a complete professional and he made the experience enjoyable without any stress and fustration and most of all no sales pressure. My wife and I are very pleased with TSG and the support from Franklin. He is an outstanding human being and very professional. I will buy all my future vehicles from TSG and from Franklin and would highly recommend TSG and Mr.Franklin Coleman to anyone wanting an enyoyable car buying experience. We could not have asked for anything better.

The process was seamless, we chose a couple of cars that we were interested in and then made an appointment with Kevin to come down and drive them. Kevin never pressured us to buy one or the other. This is a no nonsense dealer, they say what they are going to do and the do what they said they were going to do. I purchased a truck that had a few problems that weren't noticed until after I had driven it home 250+ miles. I talked with Tim at length regarding the issues with the truck.
