My Review of Tacoma Dodge:
I took my truck in for a front end alignment. When I picked it up it still wasn't aligned correctly so I took it back to them the following day. Upon arriving to pick the truck up I noticed 2 dealer mechanics drive up in my truck. I also noticed the truck had 30+ miles more on it than when I dropped it off. The alignment still wasn't right so I immediately returned to the dealership and said I wanted to take the mechanic for a ride. I demonstrated the truck was still out of alignment (full hands off lane change in 3 seconds!). He seemed annoyed I was calling him on his poor workmanship and didn't mutter a word on the ride back to the dealership. Upon arriving back at the dealership, service wanted me to reschedule another appointment at which point I asked to talk with the service manager. After waiting for 20 minutes, the weasel finally appeared from his office and thought it was normal to have a 30+ mile test drive with two mechanics and still not get it right after the second attempt. This is the type of scum dealership that has given car dealers such a bad reputation. Do yourself a favor and stay away from Tacoma Dodge.

My Review of Tacoma Dodge:
My 3500 dodge dually was in their shop for 11 days. They said it was waiting on parts and blamed the star service system for holding up the process. On the 12 day I needed my truck and they told me the parts were in. I went to their shop and told them that I would wait for it. Upon arriving I found my truck still sitting outside. After some motivation they decided that maybe they should push it inside to put the parts on. So I stood and watched as 5 mechanics plus the service writter pushed my truck towards the garage. Upon entering the garage I heard a loud crunch and saw that the right side mirror had stopped the truck when it hit the concrete wall of which also knocked a chunk of concrete off with it. After they put the part on that they thought it needed which it didn't it still didn't run right. The manager Paul Lee tried to tell me that the truck didn't hit the wall. Of course he wasn't there to see and I had to argue loudly with him to buy me a new mirror which was damaged and he said it wasn't. I then removed my truck from their shop and took it to another dealer whom has fixed the truck. Note; I have bought 2 ea. brand new $40,000 trucks from larson dodge in the past 3 years but that didn't seem to matter with Paul Lee. They have lost my business forever and that of all of whom I talk to about dodge trucks. This rating was ment for larson dodge of puyallp. Sorry tacoma you guys are good.
